A Study On Learning Stress And Resilience Of College Students Majoring In Humanities And Social Science

In the new era,humanities and social sciences are the important foundation for the construction of cultural power,and the college students majoring in the humanities and social sciences are the new force to promote the development of the humanities and social sciences in the future.For humanities and social sciences students,their learning pressure can directly affect their learning state,and ultimately affect their learning quality.And the group’s resilience can affect their learning stress.So,studying the learning stress and resilience of humanities and social sciences students will be significant.On the basis of literature research,guided by the theory of resilience and the theory of social ecosystem,this paper takes the humanities and social sciences students of Q University as the research object,and makes an empirical analysis of the study stress and resilience of the humanities and social sciences students of Q University by the comprehensive use of data analysis and interview methods.The findings are as follows:(1)College students of humanities and social sciences have greater learning pressure,and feel the greatest learning pressure in the social dimension.(2)The level of resilience of humanities and social sciences students is insufficient,which needs to be improved.(3)The study pressure and resilience of humanities and social sciences students vary in gender,grade,family location type,and whether they are the only child.(4)The resilience of humanities and social science students has different degrees of influence on all dimensions of their learning stress.(5)The learning stress level of humanities and social sciences students is negatively correlated with the resilience level,and the resilience level can significantly negatively predict the learning stress level.(6)This kind of college students not only have the dilemma of coping with learning pressure in individual,family,school and society,but also have the advantages of coping with learning pressure.Based on the above results,this paper puts forward the following suggestions from the level of individual,family,school and society:First,college students should form the correct understanding and scientific method.Second,family should create harmonious atmosphere and avoid excessive pressure.Third,schools should deepen reform and improve education and teaching.Fourth,the society should give guidance and create favorable conditions.
