| According to the data released by the Ministry of Education,the total number of college graduates in 2022 will reach 10.76 million,a record high.The employment problem of college students in the post epidemic era has become a hot topic of society,which has attracted extensive attention from all sectors of society.The severe employment situation is the main source of college graduates’ employment anxiety.Online recruitment and job search have become the new normal of employment in the post epidemic environment,and the role of social media has become increasingly prominent.The relationship between social support brought by social media use and risk perception and employment anxiety is the core topic of this study.This research adopts two research methods: interview and questionnaire.The interview found that college students’ use of social media will be affected by employment needs,media characteristics,usage habits and other factors,and they can obtain corresponding information support and emotional support through browsing,interaction and other social media use dimensions;At the same time,affected by personal media literacy,social relations and other factors,the use of social media brings different levels of risk perception from the employment situation,environmental research and judgment,competitiveness and other levels.Through the questionnaire survey,we found that the use of social media and employment anxiety among college students would be affected by gender,grade and other variables.In addition,the frequency and degree of use of social media can positively and significantly predict information support and emotional support in online social support;The frequency and degree of use of social media can positively and significantly predict risk perception;Information support and emotional support in network social support can negatively and significantly predict employment anxiety;Risk perception can positively and significantly predict employment anxiety.The study found that through the rational use of social media,improving the use of social media skills and cultivating the use of quality,obtaining positive feedback from social support and reasonable assessment of employment risks,students can better help transition to employment and obtain successful employment experience. |
