| There are gender differences between men and women in career choice and employment.Female college students themselves are vulnerable to employment obstacles such as gender discrimination and gender segregation from employers in the workplace. At present, the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak and the huge pressure of graduates have caused the employment situation of female graduates to become extremely severe. It is urgent for universities and society to guide positive employment for female college students, help them break through and get out of the difficult situation of "employment difficulty".At present,in the field of career choice research, most scholars regard college students as the research group, while ignoring the differences of gender, which makes the employment guidance methods confuse men and women, and fail to accurately implement policies for different groups. Therefore, this paper focuses on the group of female college students and explores the influencing factors of their career choice,so as to help female college students achieve better employment. In the face of the severe employment market environment under the background of the epidemic, will it affect female college students to change their career choices? Will female college students’ perception of employment risk affect their career choice through risk tendency? Do female college students with different gender role types have different career choices? Based on this, this paper attempts to reveal the internal mechanism of career choice of female college students under the epidemic, explore the main influencing factors affecting their career choice, enrich the research on career choice of female college students, and give targeted help for the future employment direction of female college students. After sorting out and analyzing the existing literature, starting from the social cognitive career theory, this paper first explores the impact of employment risk perception on career choice under the intermediary role of risk tendency, then selects gender role as the regulating variable, further discusses the impact of risk tendency on career choice of female college students under the regulation of gender role, and finally establishes the theoretical model of this study and verifies the hypothesis conclusion. After the questionnaire collection and survey,a total of 606 valid sample data were obtained.Through the analysis of the sample data by SPSS software and Amos software, the results of this study are as follows:(1)there is a positive correlation between employment risk perception and career choice.(2)Risk propensity plays an intermediary role between employment risk perception and career choice.(3)Different gender role types play a moderating role between risk tendency and career choice. |
