Research On The Mechanism Of Co-education Between Teaching And Scientific Research In The "Double First-class" Construction University

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that to accelerate the construction of the world’s important talent center and innovation highland,it is necessary to do a good job in strategic planning and top-level design,and the “ double first-class ” construction universities should play an active role in training talents.It has been found that the educational mode of teaching and scientific research cooperation can communicate teaching and scientific research,and cultivate innovative talents needed by the country,society and scientific research to the greatest extent.Based on the study of relevant literature,interview,text analysis,case analysis and other methods are used to study the operation,motivation and guarantee mechanism of co-education between teaching and scientific research in “double first-class” construction universities,from the description of the current situation to the analysis of merits and demerits,and then provide suggestions for optimizing the existing collaborative education mechanism.Finally,suggestions are provided on the mechanism construction level of cultivating innovative talents by taking teaching and scientific research cooperation as an important talent cultivation mode in "double first-class" construction universities.This thesis is divided into four chapters.Chapter one is the analysis of the activities of co-education between teaching and scientific research in “ double first-class ”universities.Through the consult literature material,on the basis of predecessors ’research,the activities of co-education between teaching and scientific research can be divided into curricular based cooperative education activities of “teaching-oriented”,project-based collaborative education activities of “ research-oriented ”,courses and project system synergy “one for teaching and research”cooperative education activities.Among them,curricular based cooperative education activities of “teaching-oriented”include three types: small-class discussion teaching,academic lectures and inquiry-based practice courses.Project-based collaborative education activities of “research-oriented”include undergraduate scientific research training and graduation thesis(design).Courses and project system synergy “one for teaching and research” cooperative education activities include the cultivation plan for top students in basic disciplines,as well as similar experimental classes.Chapter two is the analysis of the present situation of cooperative education mechanism between teaching and scientific research in “double first-class” universities.Mechanism status includes three aspects: operation mechanism,dynamic mechanism,guarantee mechanism.This paper analyzes the current operation mechanism of teaching and scientific research cooperation education from three aspects:activity operation,resource integration and evaluation feedback;from the policy transmission,atmosphere edification,interest driven,belief building to analyze the status of the dynamic mechanism;from environment construction,teacher construction and fund source to analyze the status of the guarantee mechanism.Chapter three is the evaluation of the cooperative education mechanism of teaching and scientific research in the construction of“double first-class”universities,which mainly analyzes the operation,motivation and guarantee mechanism from two aspects of advantages and problems.Finally,in order to make teaching and scientific research collaborative education become an important innovative talent training mode in "double first-class" construction universities,the fourth chapter puts forward suggestions on the mechanism construction of teaching and scientific research collaborative education from three aspects of operation mechanism,dynamic mechanism,guarantee mechanism.
