The "14th Five-Year Plan" is the period of the development of the rural revitalization strategy,and my country pays more and more attention to the development of the quality of rural basic education.However,the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development of rural education still exists,and people have gradually realized that the development of rural education cannot be limited to the village itself.As an important entry point for the development of rural education,townships undertake an important educational task that cannot be ignored.Township teachers are the main driver of the quality of township education,and their class management ability directly affects the effect of education management in township schools,which in turn affects the quality of township education.Therefore,by paying attention to the status quo and level of ability improvement of teachers’ class management ability in township primary and secondary schools,and then put forward management countermeasures to promote the improvement of class management ability of township primary and secondary school teachers.It is crucial to improve the quality of rural education management.The research methods adopted in this paper include literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.A total of 291 valid questionnaires were collected and 6 interview materials were collected by taking teachers of primary and secondary schools in towns and villages in southern Fujian Province as the research object.First,clarify the concept connotation of township teachers’ class management ability through literature analysis;compile initial questionnaires and conduct small-scale preliminary tests through a combination of theory and field visits,and finally form a self-compiled questionnaire "Township Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ Class Management Ability and Improvement Questionnaire".In order to deepen the understanding of the township teachers’ class management ability and improve the status quo,analyze the possible influencing factors,and supplement the semi-structured interviews with the township teachers on the basis of the questionnaire analysis.Based on the questionnaire survey and interview analysis on the class management ability of the township primary and secondary school teachers in the southern Fujian area,the main research results are as follows:(1)The overall level of the class management ability of the township primary and secondary school teachers in the southern Fujian area is moderately high,and the class management ability is in the middle.There are limitations in the improvement of teachers and there is also a gap in the ability level of urban and rural teachers.(2)Different demographic variables have different class management abilities and improvement of teachers in townships and villages.(3)There is a significant negative correlation between the class management ability of primary and secondary school teachers in Minnan area of Fujian Province and the location of the school;the improvement of teachers’ ability has a significant positive correlation with the location of the school.There is a significant negative correlation,and teacher participation has a greater impact on the class management ability of township teachers.(5)The influencing factors of class management ability and improvement of township teachers in southern Fujian,Fujian Province are as follows: "Double reduction",social recognition,school management philosophy,first-time teacher class teacher system,school atmosphere,student differences and demographic variables are the main objective influences Factors;their own career planning,cognition of personality characteristics,education and teaching experience,enthusiasm and initiative in learning are the subjective influencing factors of township teachers’ class management ability and improvement.Finally,in response to the above conclusions,this research proposes the following management strategies: clarifying the role of township teachers based on educational policies;improving the relationship between schools,families and society to form educational synergy;understanding the individual needs of township teachers;improving the management system of township school teachers;Township teachers have three "selfs".Through the above suggestions,we can promote the improvement of the education management ability of township teachers in the basic education stage in Fujian Province,and lay the foundation for promoting the development of rural education.
