The rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic plan put forward by China to solve the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers and ensure rural development.The proposal of this strategy ushered in a new opportunity for the development of rural undertakings;The promotion of the national fitness plan as a national strategy also makes the development of public sports service in rural areas of Our country to a higher level,and the whole people pay more and more attention to public sports.Based on the implementation of the programmatic strategy for the development of rural undertakings-the Rural Revitalization Strategy,this study studies the participation of residents in public sports services in 20 Township comprehensive cultural stations,Find out the problems existing in the realization of the value of public sports service in the comprehensive cultural station of each township,and tries to find an effective construction path in the realization of the value of public sports,We will promote the development of public sports services at comprehensive cultural centers in towns and townships across the country to meet people’s needs for a better life.This study takes 20 comprehensive cultural stations in townships across China as the research object,and analyzes and studies the development status of public sports services in20 comprehensive cultural stations in townships across China by using the methods of literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process,interview and mathematical statistics.Based on the theory of sports value and the principles of scientificity and measurability,the research screened 3 first-class indicators,10 second-class indicators and 22 third-class indicators through expert evaluation,and then carried out field evaluation with the public sports services of 20 Township comprehensive cultural stations in China as an example.The content of the questionnaire was designed based on the index system,A total of600 questionnaires were distributed to 20 Township comprehensive cultural stations,and SPSS 23 0 sort out and analyze the collected questionnaire.The analysis shows that the township comprehensive cultural station is lack of spiritual culture in the realization of psychological value;In the realization of physiological value-insufficient material development;In the realization of social value--ignoring the sublimation of policy.The reasons can be summarized as follows: the public sports service of township comprehensive cultural stations is in vain;The supply of public sports services in Township comprehensive cultural stations is insufficient;The legal system of public sports service in Township comprehensive cultural stations is not perfect.In view of the above problems,the following solutions are given: 1 Improving the infrastructure of public sports services.The government has increased the investigation of public sports services;All villages and towns should improve the environment of comprehensive cultural sites.2.Demand oriented: build a public sports service supply model.Encourage the participation of enterprises and social organizations,and establish a feedback mechanism for rural public sports needs.3.Be strict: strengthen policy formulation and implementation.County level governments should pay attention to the policy formulation of township comprehensive cultural stations and optimize the implementation of township government public sports service policies.
