A Study Of The Influence Of College Employment Policy On College Students’ Employment

In recent years,the number of college graduates has gradually increased,and the government,society,universities and graduates are facing a continuous severe employment situation.How to solve the employment problem of college graduates has gradually become a hot topic.The employment security policy of colleges and universities is an important guarantee to promote the employment of college students,which includes both the macro policies formulated by the state and the policies or measures formulated by colleges and universities to implement the policies.By sorting out the current employment status of college graduates in China,this thesis found that there are few employment opportunities,unbalanced employment structure,lack of employment ability and other problems for current graduates.Using polycentric governance theory,labor market segmentation theory,information asymmetry theory,and human capital theory,this paper preliminarily explores the impact mechanism of employment security policy on student employment.Based on grounded theory and T University’s implementation of employment security policy,the mechanism of employment security policy is further analyzed.Finally,the impact mechanism of college employment guarantee policy on college students’ employment is obtained.At the same time,by analyzing the implementation of international employment security policies,it puts forward some suggestions on how to further improve the employment security policies of colleges and universities.First,we must continuously improve the school’s reputation,optimize the professional structure,give full play to the school’s resources and information advantages,and provide students with better more employment opportunities.Second,we should pay attention to the value guidance for students,encourage students to get jobs at the grassroots level,help students establish the concept of reasonable career choice,optimize the layout of employment;Third,we should improve the content of classroom teaching,strengthen practical education,improve students’ working skills,improve the employment guidance service system,and enhance students’ employment ability.
