Research On The Training Characteristics Of Football Reserve Talents In Southwest Branch Of China Football Institute

Football has always been a globally recognized sport,enjoyed by an increasing number of people.However,the development of football in China is still lagging behind and requires vigorous reforms and development.Recently,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Ministry of Education have paid particular attention to the development of football,and have launched a series of reform and development plans,and made a comprehensive deployment on top-level design and system.These plans emphasize the importance of cultivating reserve football talents for the development of China’s football industry.Therefore,strengthening the reform of football training system has become an urgent problem to address.It is hoped that the potential of reserve football talents can be fully utilized.Against this background,the Southwest Branch of the China Football College has become a non-profit public innovative football talent training college,focusing on cultivating high-end,international,and interconnected football talents.The college is committed to discovering football talents hidden in young students,and pays special attention to their physical abilities and sports performance during the selection process.In the process of training,the college adheres to the aim of "developing comprehensive football talents" and the sustainable development education concept of "putting students first".Not only does it focus on the cultivation of football skills,but it also attaches great importance to the promotion of students’ personal qualities.Through long-term exploration,trials,and development,the college has gradually formed a comprehensive training system,laying a solid foundation for the cultivation of excellent football reserve talents.On the basis of combing the literature related to football talent training in the current academic circle,this paper adopts the questionnaire survey method to understand the objectives,orientation,methods and standards of football reserve talent training in the Southwest Branch of China Football Sport University.Analyze the setting of football training course contents,teaching methods and teaching infrastructure of Southwest Branch School,and understand the coaches’ cognition of students’ football training and cultural course learning.Furthermore,it is found that there are some problems in the training of football reserve talents in Southwest Branch of China Football Sports College,such as the lack of stage design of course content,the lack of innovation of course teaching methods,the lack of foreign exchange and training of coaches,and the imperfect equipment and facilities of teaching.In view of these problems,the Southwest Branch of China Football Academy should fully adhere to the principles of the unity of the professional and industrial nature of youth football,the unity of the cultural education and football training,and the unity of the scale and efficiency of youth football training.According to the national conditions of the development of Chinese football and the actual situation of teaching,the selection of talents,the formulation of scientific football teaching plan,the use of modern technology,and the development of youth football.The teaching methods of football should be innovated,the professional ability and comprehensive quality of coaches should be enhanced,relevant training should be carried out regularly,the government and social organizations should be united to increase the investment in football training facilities,ensure the quality of football training facilities,and provide a strong guarantee for the cultivation of football reserve talents.
