OBJECTIVES: According to the physical fitness needs of young soccer players,combined with the characteristics of CrossFit training,a relatively effective CrossFit training method is designed based on the CrossFit framework and applied to physical fitness training practice to explore its application effect,thus providing a new approach for physical fitness training of young soccer players.METHODS: This study Chinese football academy U17 team of 20 young football athlete as experimental object,the average is divided into the experimental group and control group,experimental group CrossFit training intervention,according to the experiment of this study design scheme in the main test under the guidance and supervision of intrusive training,while the control group with traditional physical training,the training system for eight weeks,five days two Hugh mode,each training time is for class(1.5 hours),through SPSS22.0 special physical experiments of two groups of juvenile football players before the end of 2 test and experiment test for detecting data.RESULT: Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in the balance,core strength,agility,speed,lower limb strength and endurance quality of the young football players(p <0.05),while there were no significant differences in flexibility(p>0.05),but the results were slightly higher than those of the control group.CONCLUSION: 1.CrossFit is more effective than traditional CrossFit in improving the balance,core strength,agility,lower limb explosiveness,speed and endurance of football players.2.CrossFit training has no obvious effect on the improvement of the flexibility of young football players compared with traditional physical training.The improvement range is not obvious,which is mainly reflected in the forward bend of the hurdles.3.CrossFit physical training is more functional than traditional physical training,mainly reflected in the practicality of multi-joint participation,in line with the physiological characteristics of young people,to achieve comprehensive development of physical fitness,CrossFit training is an effective training method for young football players to improve their physical fitness. |
