| The 2022-2024 cycle scoring rules put forward higher requirements for competitive aerobics athletes’ competitiveness,and the comprehensive development of physical fitness will become the key to competitive aerobics success.CrossFit training aims at exercising multi-articular muscle groups.It helps to promote the overall development of all body functions in a short time and efficiently,thus improving the exercise quality of the exercisers.This study applied CrossFit training method to college students majoring in competitive aerobics by means of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,and explored its influence on the physical fitness of college students majoring in competitive aerobics,hoping to expand the research of CrossFit training method in the physical fitness field of college competitive aerobics majors.It also provides some reference for the scientific training of competitive aerobics in the subsequent development.This study randomly selected 48 male students,48 female students and 96 college students majoring in competitive aerobics from the School of Physical Education and Art of Shandong University of Physical Education as experimental objects.The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 24 male students and 24 female students in the experimental group.24 boys and 24 girls in the control group were given physical training for 12 weeks,twice a week for 90 minutes each time,and the two groups were guaranteed to maintain the same variables such as testers,test methods and standards,exercise intensity,in addition to different physical training methods.At the same time,the two groups of students were tested before and after,and the test data were sorted and analyzed,and the following results were obtained:1.After comparative analysis of the test results of speed quality(50 meters running)between the control group and the experimental group,it was found that the speed quality index between the two groups showed a significant difference(p < 0.05);2.The endurance quality of the control group and the experimental group(1000meters run)test results,after comparative analysis found that there is no significant difference between the two groups of male endurance quality index(p > 0.05),the endurance quality of the control group and the experimental group(800 meters run)test results,through comparative analysis found that,After the experiment,there was no significant difference in the endurance quality index between the two groups(p > 0.05).3.The strength quality(seated forward bending)test results of the control group and the experimental group.Through comparative analysis,it was found that after the experiment,there were significant differences in the upper and lower limb strength(pushup,sitting leg kick),explosive power and lower limb rapid strength(mass jump)between the two groups of male students(p < 0.05).There was significant difference in core strength(60 seconds from two ends)(p < 0.01).After the experiment,there were significant differences(p < 0.05)in upper and lower limb strength(pushups and pedals in sitting position),core strength(starting from two ends in 60s),explosive power and lower limb rapid strength(mass jump)between the two groups of female students.4.The control group and the experimental group of flexibility quality(seated flexion)test results,through comparative analysis found that after the experiment between the two groups of flexibility quality indicators are not significant difference(p > 0.05);Through the analysis of the results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.CrossFit training and traditional physical training have a positive impact on the speed quality of college students majoring in competitive aerobics,but CrossFit training has a more obvious effect on the improvement of speed quality;2.CrossFit training and traditional physical training have a positive impact on the strength and quality of college students majoring in competitive aerobics,but CrossFit training has a more obvious effect on the improvement of strength and quality.Among them,CrossFit training has a more positive impact on the core strength of the group’s strength quality;3.After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,CrossFit training and traditional physical training did not significantly improve the endurance and flexibility of college students majoring in competitive aerobics.4.CrossFit training method has a variety of training movements and a novel and efficient training mode,which can comprehensively improve the physical strength of college students majoring in competitive aerobics in a short time. |
