Since China's reform and opening up,teenager physical health is one of an important topic of social public opinion to a heated discussion,as the mainstay of national future development,the contemporary youth is shouldering the important mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,so in the future regardless of learning or into work in the future,the health of the body is to ensure that the important basis of study and work efficiency.And adolescent physical health in recent years gradually decline in fact cannot be ignored,in order to promote the enthusiasm of youth sports exercise,improve and improve the physical quality youth,the implementation of the national physical health test is the touchstone of middle school students to carry out the physical exercise,enhanced physique health of the catalyst.Many experts and scholars have carried out the exploration of the methods of physical training for adolescents from various aspects,and made certain improvements to the traditional methods of physical training.This paper studies the training methods of physical training of middle school students from the perspective of students' physical training,and explores the influence of CrossFit fitness training on the national physical fitness test scores of middle school students.This paper studies the methods of literature,experiment,expert interview,mathematical statistics,field investigation and logic analysis.Selected the Hohhot 34 grade students of two natural class in high school,each class was 47 and 45 respectively,a total of 92 people,including students can be divided into male and female two experimental groups,and the two groups were divided into experimental group and control group before the experiment test,to ensure that the physical quality of two groups of students are still in the same level,the experimental group,24 male and female 23 people.The control group had 23 male and 22 female students,and the training period was 8 weeks and 2 training sessions per week.According to consult literature and analysis of the existing network or books,physical training in improving the body quality has very big help,such as speed,strength,endurance,flexibility and balance,etc.,specific to the test project is 50 meters,1000 meters respectively(male),800-meter run(female)in succession,crook proneness,standing long jump,pull-ups(male),1 minute sit-ups(female).The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The CrossFit strength training is based on high strength,short duration or no intermittence,heavy load,etc.So it's very helpful to do tasks that are short or short.Male and female students in the experimental group did not improve significantly after training.In contrast,the control group has steadily improved through traditional endurance training.Conclusion:traditional methods of endurance training are more suitable for students to improve their grades of 1000m and 800m,while the practice of CrossFit can give students a great help in training.(2)The main flexibility training methods for middle school students are stretching exercises,stretching exercises,static stretching and dynamic stretching.In the experimental group,the effect was not significant after practicing basic gymnastic movements such as bridge,cross fork and vertical fork.In the control group,the training methods of traditional precursors were carried out for long-term training,and the average level of flexibility of students was not significantly improved,and the number of individual students improved.Therefore,it is concluded that static stretching is more suitable for middle school students than dynamic stretching.The main characteristics of CrossFit physical training are explosive and strong exercises,which are similar to the traditional flexibility exercises.(3)By "simple strength training and 50 m sprint or 400 m running training"mix the method of training,to improve the quality of the speed of the experimental group of boys and girls is larger,adhere to the traditional training increase the control level of smaller so training according to the experimental study concludes that CrossFit quality the rate at which the experimental group than control group in the development of the traditional training method has a lot to improve,especially the quality promotion is larger,the rate at which the boy girl's speed quality also in ascension,but no obvious compare boys.(4)CrossFit is to adopt large weight of high intensity training load mode of training,the training plays a positive role to the improvement of quality of power is,can quickly stimulate the growth of muscle cells,increase muscle dimensions,improve the ability of muscle to overcome the internal and external forces work.The students in the experimental group were able to improve their basic skills and basic strength through the exercise of Burpee,squatting,push-ups and pull-ups.After a series of exercises for the waist abdominal muscles,the scores of sit-ups increased by an average of 4-5 per minute.There is also a big improvement in the standing long jump that requires strong explosive force.In contrast,in the control group,after the traditional strength training,the scores improved,but compared with those who were trained by CrossFit,the improvement was not significant.So CrossFit training has a very positive effect on the strength training of middle school students.(5)Through the experimental data,it can be seen that CrossFit training can effectively promote the development of its ability in the training of balanced quality of middle school students,while traditional physical training has no significant role.CrossFit is a comprehensive strong movement,especially pay attention to in recent years caused widespread discussion of core strength training,the training of core strength exercise can effectively overcome the traditional physical training practising surface not only the deep,only practice big muscles from the limitations of the small muscles hard,from inside and outside the comprehensive strong body function of middle school students,so that the body has the ability to deal with all the complicated situations in life,it is also a CrossFit training the core idea.
