The continuous progress of science and technology and the continuous development of society make today’s social demand for comprehensive talents increasing.In order to adapt to the social demand of contemporary talents,it is necessary to strengthen the quality education of our country and pay attention to every study students,according to their own situation,explore the characteristics and strengths of everyone,do teach students in accordance with their aptitude,respect students individual differences,let every student to get a good education,break the traditional "cramming","one size fits all" to improve the quality of teaching and learning efficiency.On the basis of summarizing the previous experience,according to the theoretical knowledge of related disciplines,using literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method in Wangzengqi middle school table tennis course using dynamic controllable teaching,in order to improve the middle school students’ learning interest,physical quality and table tennis technology as the goal,verify the effect of dynamic controllable teaching.Through the dynamic controllable teaching method in middle school table tennis technology teaching analysis of empirical results show that the practice research in middle school table tennis technology teaching using dynamic controllable teaching of middle school students learning interest level has obvious effect,compared with the regular teaching to promote middle school students’ interest in learning effect is more obvious.The effect of dynamic controllable teaching on improving the endurance quality of middle school students is more obvious,and the effect of improving the speed,strength and flexibility quality is not obvious.Dynamic controllable teaching has an obvious effect on improving the technical level of table tennis for middle school students.Compared with the conventional teaching,both the quality and quantity of technology use have been significantly improved.
