| With the rapid development of modern economy, people are busy with all kinds of work and life and do not have enough time to pay attention to their own health problems.Regular sitting and standing, not participating in sports and relying on transportation are important factors leading to the decline of physical activity of residents in modern society. The improvement of the built environment is considered to be an effective way to increase physical activity,so the influence of environmental and social factors on physical activity is gradually paid attention to.At present, the foreign research results mainly focus on the reviewed articles, while the domestic research on physical activity and construction environment is still in the preliminary stage, especially there is a lack of empirical research in line with the actual situation of China. The research mainly focuses on the review of the relationship between physical activity and the built environment. The research subjects are mainly the elderly and teenagers, with relatively few studies on middle-aged people. Most of them are research on urban and urban environment, and few research on rural environment. How to further transform the rural environment, build a more comfortable environment and promote the physical activity of middle-aged villagers has become the focus of research. Therefore, based on the theory of rural revitalization strategy, this paper puts forward a transformation strategy for the rural construction environment,so as to promote the physical activity level of middle-aged villagers. In this study, taking annan Village,Jiaozuo City,Henan Province as a case, the questionnaire survey method was mainly used to investigate the built environment of Wannan Village and the physical activity of middle-aged villagers. The sampling method was to randomly sample middle-aged villagers in Wannan Village and select representative villagers for investigation. This article reviews the relevant literature, including the related concepts of built environment and physical activity, the measurement indicators of built environment and physical activity, and the related research of built environment by domestic and foreign scholars from different perspectives. In the process of research, the first is the middle-aged villagers attitude to physical activity, followed by the present situation of middle-aged villagers physical activity analysis, finally explore the objective environment(design, accessibility, road connectivity elements)and subjective environment(safety, neighborhood perception elements)on the villagers’ physical activity. The research results show that:(1)the design of the completed environment, the accessibility and the road connectivity are related to the content or intensity of physical activity of middle-aged villagers;(2)the attitude determines the time, content and level of their participation in physical activity;(3)the subjective built environment has statistical significance for the middle-aged villagers to engage in physical activity. The above research results clearly explain the influence factors of the subjective and objective construction environment on the physical activity of middle-aged villagers from different angles, and put forward the corresponding strategies for promoting the rural construction environment planning of the physical activity of middle-aged villagers.(1)Design the planning for physical activity for middle-aged villagers,Helping middle-aged villagers to improve the opportunity and quality of physical activity,So as to improve the enthusiasm of middle-aged villagers to participate in physical activities;(2)Improve the rural construction environment,Increase in government financial support for rural areas,Through the gradual construction of rural environmental and township sports and cultural squares or cultural activity centers,Strengthen the construction of sports infrastructure and supporting sports equipment in the rural construction environment,It provides middle-aged villagers with more motivation to participate in physical activity;(3)Strengthen the development of rural movement culture,Promoting the participation of middle-aged villagers;(4)Constantly improve research and policies on rural construction environment and rural revitalization. |
