Studies In The Elderly Choose Physical Exercise Under The Perspective Of Ecological Environment In Binzhou City

Along with the development of economic society,more and more interactions between human being and natural environment.Due to the limited level of technology in the production and destruction of people's life,the ecological environment facing great threats and challenges,for example air pollution,water pollution threats human health and so on.Sport as a kind of human activity;influence the ecological environment which provides resources and places for human beings.In order to promote the sustainable development of both the elderly sports and sports ecological environment,this paper analyzes and studies the middle-aged and aged people's physical exercising behavior in sports ecological environment.It is to find relationship of the middle-aged and aged persons 'physical training and the sustainable development of sport ecological environment in Binzhou urban area and provide value suggestions and strategies for the sustainable development planning of the middle-aged and aged persons' physical training and sport ecological environment in Binzhou urban area.In this study,we take the elderly over 45 years old of Binzhou urban area as the investigation object,using literature data,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,and comprehensive analysis and other methods to research the physical training behavior of the elderly over 45 years old people and the sport ecological environment.As the above conclusions,some suggestions are provided:1.Strengthening environmental management and protection,and provide friendly environment.2.To provide more facilities and places which fits to aging exercise.3.To establish and improve the older sports organizations network and strengthen the sports associations for seniors,the elderly and community sports team building.4.To carry out more physical activities for the aging exercise.
