With the increasingly fierce competition in the study abroad consulting industry,talent plays an increasingly important and decisive role in the development of study abroad consulting companies,and talent recruitment has also become an urgent human resource management issue.This paper takes YT study abroad consulting agency as the research object,focuses on the company’s employee recruitment management,and provides an optimization plan for it.Based on reading a large number of academic literature related to talent recruitment,this paper conducts field research in YT study abroad consulting agency through questionnaires and interviews,finds many problems in the recruitment work at this stage,proposes the employee recruitment optimization plan,and designed safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of the optimization plan.The optimization plan improves the status quo of recruitment management from four aspects,such as recruitment system,recruitment standards,recruitment methods,and recruitment management.The research approach of paper is to collect data,find problems,analyze causes,present optimization plans and safeguard measures.It proposes solutions for the current situation of YT company’s recruitment,and hopes to help YT company and provide some effective solutions to other study abroad consulting companies which are also facing recruitment problems.
