Recruitment is an important way for enterprises to bring in needed personnel.They can select qualified personnel for enterprises through recruitment,which have a critical impact on the development of enterprises,the development of related industries,and even the economic progress of the country and the nation(Ker?ulien?& Turskis,2011;Che,2018;Wang,2019).Teachers recruitment is one of the most important components of talent recruitment.The quality of teacher recruitment has not only an effect on the development of employers,but also the nourishment of educational cause(Sheng,Yu,2018).The recruitment of high school Chinese teachers has come into its own with the increasing status of Chinese education.But there are still some problems in the teacher recruitment process,which is necessary to be improved.Basically put in the follow problems:(1)problems exist in the indicators for recruitment of high school Chinese teachers;(2)methodologies to calculate the weights of recruitment indictors are a few unscientific;(3)the calculation of candidates' rankings need to be improved.First,this study improved the SWARA and ARAS in MCDM.Secondly,these two methods were applied to the recruitment process of high school Chinese teachers based on fuzzy logic,improving the calculating process of recruitment indictors' weights and candidates' rankings.Finally,job performance of new teachers after two months was used to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment process.There were two studies in this article.Study 1 refered to the improvement of SWARA and ARAS,while the study 2 refered to the recruitment process of high school Chinese teachers,in which improved SWARA and ARAS were applied based on fuzzy logic.Results showed that the performance of Chinese teachers recruited via MCDM was significantly better than those recruited through traditional methods.Findings are as follows:(1)The improved SWARA is more exercisable and more convenient for application when calculating the weight of recruitment indictors for high school Chinese teachers.(2)Improved ARAS is particularly applicable to MCDM,indicating higher accuracy in the process of calculating candidates' rankings.(3)The method to construct recruitment indictors of high school Chinese teachers in this study,with the characteristic of targeted and multi-source,is more practical.(4)High school Chinese teachers recruited via MCDM show higher performance than teachers recruited via traditional methods,reflecting a good effect of the recruitment process.
