Campus Recruiting is one important way to recruit graduating students. With the growing competition for the talent, people would like to pay more attention to the campus recruitment. College student has become a major target of the well-known enterprises. Every year there are a lot of enterprises in university waging fierce competition for talent. Excellent enterprise hopes to do well in advance of the talents reserves, so campus recruitment has become one of important enterprise recruitment channels. But with the development of campus recruitment, more and more problems emerge out, e.g. simple mode of recruiting, lie about the recruiting requirements, inefficiency and poor quality on campus recruitment, etc. how to carry out campus recruitment scientifically, to ensure the integrity of recruitment and to improve the effectiveness of campus recruitment become common topic.This paper introduces the current situation of campus recruiting, on basis of the campus recruiting practice of company T, citing the reality of the historical information and data collection as well as survey during campus recruitment of company T and the Internet industry to which the company belongs. In addition, it introduces the problems in campus recruitment and their causes, the general problems of enterprises and the responsibilities of universities and enterprises in the enterprise campus recruitment. Finally, it proposes the improvement proposal from the enterprise, college, society, and government four angles. There is a hope that enterprises can achieve more honest, colleges can achieve more active, the society can provide better moral restraints, and the government can take more regulations.On the one hand, with this paper the author expect for self-enhancement in human resources management theoretical knowledge as well as improvement in practice of campus recruitment in company T, on the other hand, with the public management view I would like to provide values for more efficient specification and guiding on campus recruiting, establishment of a healthy market, College Graduates Employment and Social harmony.
