Research On The Action Logic Of The Family Migration Of Migrant Workers

The migration of population is an important feature of the current social development in our country.The migration of migrant workers to cities has changed from individual migration in the 1980 s to common family migration,instead of simply pursuing job opportunities and economic incomes,they pay more attention to the exertion of family functions and the long-term development of family members.The large quantity,wide range and deep influence of the migrating population are the important issues in the study of the social development of China.At the new time node of our country’s modernization process,in order to realize the goal of new-type urbanization,we need to pay attention to the migration of population from rural areas to cities,and the migrant workers in cities are the most qualified migration population,it is also the easiest group to become citizens,that is,to become new citizens.Based on the background of new urbanization and the current situation of population outflow in western China,this study explores the family migration of migrant workers.This paper mainly adopts the qualitative research method,uses the semi-structural interview and the participation observation method to collect the survey data,and studies the action logic law of the family migration of migrant workers from the overall migration situation of the survey area,to explore the decision-making behavior and consideration factors of their family actions.Mainly around the macro-level system logic,the middle level of development logic,the micro-level emotional logic and other aspects of the discussion,the answer is why the migration trend of floating population has changed from“Individualization”to“Familiarization”,why the migrant workers have to move into families,and what factors they consider when making this decision.In order to provide reference for the new urbanization and population urbanization.This paper draws the following conclusions: First,the system logic influences and promotes the family-oriented process,which is the important background of the family-oriented migration of migrant workers in cities and the basis of its implementation.Second,the logic of development is the base of family migration,which is based on the exertion of family functions and the long-term development of family members.Third,the emotional factors between husband and wife,parents and children,grandparents and grandchildren,can realize the spiritual sustenance and psychological comfort of migrant workers in “A foreign land”.It can be seen that,the interaction of system,development and emotion influences and determines the choice of migration type of migrant workers,and the choice of each logic will ultimately determine the type of family migration of migrant workers.
