The development of Chinese reform and development, socio-economic development has been rapid, accelerating the urbanization process. 80 years in the 20th century, a large number of rural surplus labor into the city, has information that "to the 20th century, mid-90s, the country has 0.8-1.2 million farmers working in the city." Currently, according to the latest statistics from the Ministry of Agriculture show that "the end of 2010, more than three months of inter-village movement of farmers has reached 130 million." And the current migration of rural surplus labor have been showing the original "single out" gradually transformed into the present, "his family migration", making the flow of rural surplus labor movement shows the trend of the family. As the parents of children with the process of our country has become a special group, will follow these childrens education. Family education is the basis for education of children, parents, children, life is also a teacher, therefore, family education classes for children is the first class for life. Not mature in children psychology, the life and world view have not yet fully formed under your childs healthy growth needs proper guidance of parents.Currently, migrant workers in cities is more felt after the future development of knowledge important for children, migrant workers, but due to restrictions on the quality of their own culture, migrant workers home education of their children remains strong with traces of traditional rural family education. Strong "Succeed, Wang Cheng-feng female" thinking, to send their children to particularly high expectations, but the restrictions because of their cultural qualities, most of the families of migrant workers did not find a suitable home educational methods to fight, or all the children as Center, doting, or use of domestic violence, do not fight shape up, when children behave well, parents often give them to impose too much pressure, when the performance of the children when they are disappointed, they often overly pessimistic performance of children turning a blind eye, allowed to develop. These families the means of education is not conducive to childrens healthy development.The purpose of this paper is to study to improve the education strategies of families with children of migrant workers in order to be able to find families with children of migrant workers for the development of education methods. This paper, through questionnaire and interview survey of families with children of migrant workers the status of education, and access to research data, analyze the current children of migrant workers and family education problems in the causes of these problems, take this as grounds for the last few point to improve family education of migrant childrens strategy. Families with children of migrant workers to improve the quality of education has been more than just a family problem, also need the knowledge of national policy, the concern of the community and school to help, only through the efforts of all aspects, be possible to improve the education of families with children of migrant workers quality.
