According to the survey data of<2012China social situation analysis and forecast>, shows that by the end of2012, the city population will be the first time bigger than the rural population. This will be a milestone of our national urbanization process, the changes show that there is mass rural population flow into the city, and then their social inclusion problem is becoming increasingly urgent.Along with the mass rural population floating into the cities, the past migrate type "in one personal" has changed into the type "in one family". The family migration process is in male dominated, and the female are in subordination. These women who migrate together with their husbands into cities, we called them "migrant women". This article uses qualitative investigation and case study method, had interviewed ten families of migrant women and two community committees. Have got rich and varied first-hand dataThis paper focus on the social inclusion situation of migrant women, use urbanization theory, gender perspective theory and family theory to analyze the migrant women’s social inclusion predicament. When migrant women from rural areas to the cities in the urbanization process, they will encounter the contradictions of traditional and modern styles. Their concept and behavior will change, their increasingly awakening rights consciousness and independent consciousness will run counter to the traditional patriarchal society. And the long-term existence of gender discrimination and the family’s restriction and limit will also affect women’s employment and life.Through the theoretical analysis the problems of migrant women, and then conclude the characteristics of these problems that migrant women facing with. According these characteristics to analysis what resources can use, or do not have the resources to meet the demand. And then according to these characteristics, from the perspective of social work to analyze what is social work can do or cannot do. Finally, based on the urgent degree of problems and the difficult degree of the task, make a social work services strategy. There are some problems which social work can’t be usable, hope these can solve through the policy advocate.
