The Analysis Report Of School Football Instructors Training In Jiangxi Province

Campus football is the key development cause of sports in our country.The training of teachers is the cornerstone of long-term,stable and sustainable development of campus football activities.It is an urgent task to train excellent football teachers to meet the needs of the development of campus football.At present,there are four main training modes for school football teachers in our province:national special training for backbone young football teachers,overseas study in France and Britain,and E-class coach training course jointly offered by Education Bureau and Provincial Football Association.But in terms of quality,there is a big gap with the expected effect.This study uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and mathematical statistics to analyze and study the training objects,training objectives,training content,training forms and evaluation of the training approaches of campus football teachers in our country at this stage,focusing on the problems existing in the training of campus football teachers at this stage and the need for improvement.Through investigation and research,the conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)By comparing and distinguishing the different training objectives of Jiangxi Campus Football Teacher Training,we can divide all training into two categories:regular football teacher training and elite football coach training.Teachers' training of regular football course is aimed at developing football teaching in regular school courses and playing a role of popularization;elite football coaches' training is aimed at football echelon training or school team training,aiming at developing students' competitive level.(2)The age structure of the training objects of Jiangxi campus football teachers shows a combination of "pagoda-shaped" old,middle-aged and young people,which is conducive to the stability and development of campus football teachers.(3)There are more theories and fewer practices in the training courses of regular football teachers,which can not meet the needs of regular football teachers on campus;the proportion of training theories and practice courses of elite football coaches is reasonable,which meets the standard needs of elite football coaches.(4)Teachers training lecturers for regular football courses are university teachers and excellent coaches with certain theoretical knowledge and teaching organizational experience;the team of elite coaches training lecturers is relatively more comprehensive and professional,and the courses are taught by full-time lecturers.The lecturers mainly come from China Football Association.(5)Teachers' training in regular football classes takes classes or groups as units,which includes theoretical learning and practical teaching.Elite coaches' training adopts small-class teaching system,which includes three aspects: theory,skills and practical teaching ability.Organizational units are gradually transformed from a single education department or sports department into a form of joint organization of the two.The barriers between the education department and sports department are gradually opening up.
