| The improvement of the cognitive sensitivity of students majoring in early childhood not only contributes to the development of children in practice,but also helps to expand their professional knowledge and improve their practical ability.At present,the evaluation of cognitive sensitivity mostly adopts the form of scale,but has not yet adopted the situational judgment test that can better measure personality traits,self-concept and motivation.Therefore,in order to expand the application of situational judgment test in the evaluation of early childhood education,the research compiled《the situational judgment test of cognitive sensitivity of early childhood education students》,in order to provide a reference tool for early childhood education students to evaluate their own cognitive sensitivity level.First of all,based on the cognitive sensitivity related literature,the behavioral event interview method collected data and the three components of cognitive sensitivity,comprehensive determine early childhood education students ’cognitive sensitivity situation judgment test blueprint,and the early childhood education students’ cognitive sensitivity and related concepts do further operation.Specifically,it includes back and forth interaction,understanding children’s thoughts and feelings,and using the language that children can understand and talk with them.Under each component of three components,there are two aspects: building positive interaction atmosphere and positive interaction;understanding and support of children’s cognitive level,understanding and support of children’s emotional feelings;clear communication and response quality.Secondly,according to the prepared blueprint,a30-item situational judgment test for early childhood education students’ cognitive sensitivity was developed by means of observation,interview,Delphi Method and questionnaire.In addition,95 early childhood education students were given a preliminary test,and the situation test was further adjusted according to the test results.The final test consisted of 24 questions,each of which was scored by a 4-point scoring method,the subjects were assigned a score of 1-4 according to the good or bad response options they selected.Finally,285 early childhood education students were tested,and the discrimination,reliability and construct validity of the test were analyzed,the results showed that the overall discrimination degree of the total test was ideal(t and P values of 24 items were significant),and the internal consistency coefficient reached the acceptable reliability range of the situational judgment test(α= 0.631),The results of structural validity analysis were satisfactory(CMIN/DF < 2;RMR < 0.05;RMSEA < 0.05;GFI and AGFI > 0.9).Through the analysis of the cognitive sensitivity of students majoring in preschool education,the cognitive sensitivity of the students majoring in early childhood education is generally above the average level,But it needs to be further strengthened in interaction with children;the gender and the education type cannot affect the cognitive sensitivity of early childhood education students.The results show that《the situational judgment test of cognitive sensitivity of early childhood education students》can reflect the concept and composition of early childhood education students’ cognitive sensitivity,it can be applied to practice as an important reference to evaluate and cultivate the cognitive sensitivity level of students majoring in early childhood education. |
