Study On Football Participation And Mobilization Of African Overseas Students In Jinhua City

At present,there are still various restricting factors in the development of sports social organizations,such as the lack of vitality in the organization,the slow process of materialization,the unbalanced development,the lack of a complete policy guarantee system,it is urgent to promote the high-quality development of sports social organizations.As our country is in the construction period of a sports power,we must cultivate the ability of social organizations themselves,accelerate the transformation of government functions,but also strengthen the ability of sports social organizations to undertake sports affairs.The subject of mobilization in an organization is the initiator or the leading organizer of mobilization activities,and the level of executive power and leadership of the subject directly influences and determines the effect of mobilization.In the football movement of African overseas students in Jinhua City,the organizer plays an important role,such as the preparation of the football game,the commencement of the football game,the completion of the football game,the development of football activities,and the mobilization of football training.Organizers play a vital role from start to finish.This paper takes the African student organizers of football mobilization in Z University and U University in Jinhua City as the research object,uses the methods of literature research,interview research and case study to explore the situation of African students participating in football mobilization in Jinhua City,and analyzes the importance of "mobilization" for African students participating in football.According to Tilly’s mobilization model and the organization,mobilization,discourse and symbolic behavior and emotional mobilization,organization and social movement mobilization,environment and social movement mobilization,and institutional and resource mobilization mentioned in Zhao Ding Xin’s Lecture Notes on Social and Political Movements,the interview outline is designed from four perspectives:organizational mobilization,discourse mobilization,environmental mobilization and institutional mobilization.According to the interview with the organizers of Jinhua African international students’ football,the research conclusions are as follows:1.The organizer plays an important role in the process of African students participating in football,but the football matches mobilized are sometimes postponed due to the lack of venues.We chat,QQ and other Internet media,African international students’ apartment and after-school English corner activities facilitate their access to football information,which promotes the participation of a large number of Africans in football.African students have a high degree of organizational identity within the organization,but lack of organizational identity outside the organization;There is insufficient communication between Chinese and African students in football,and there are obstacles to the joint participation of Chinese and foreign students.2.The "Africa Cup" football match mobilized by the organizers has slogans and slogans,creating a strong football atmosphere and attracting the attention of students and teachers at home and abroad.Mobilizing African students to participate in football through slogans and slogans to improve their emotional experience,but students from other countries are not enough to participate in football and lack emotional support;By participating in football,we can improve the internal cohesion of the international students’ organization,gain friendship,integrate into the campus environment,and actively participate in the social construction by participating in the part-time work inside and outside the school in the way of bringing the old with the new.3.Teachers occupy the football field for teaching,the football team occupies the field for training after class,the football activities that teachers mobilize themselves after class,and the lighting supply of the football field at night,resulting in frequent contention on the football field.The football fields owned by Z University and U Vocational College cannot effectively match the degree of demand for African students to participate in football sports,but they are satisfied with the overall quality of the newly built football fields.Although they are dissatisfied with the disrepair football facilities and field quality,they can adapt to the limited football fields.4.African international students do not participate in all kinds of football sports in the school,lack of institutional support can not participate in the football match of Zhejiang University Games and rarely participate in the Zhejiang International Students Football League;African students attach great importance to the system construction of the "Africa Cup" football match.The football match process is orderly and the atmosphere is in full swing.African female students are less involved in football matches and more involved in football activities and training.5.According to the research situation,this paper discusses the importance of "mobilization" for African students,effectively solves the difficulties they encounter in the process of participating in football,provides a better environment for them to participate in football,and promotes the communication between African students and students from other countries in football.The following suggestions are put forward from four directions: students from other countries,African students themselves,campus construction and the "Africa Cup" football match.Some students should avoid stereotypes and enhance the respect experience of African students.African students should cultivate good cognition and form a positive attitude towards integration.The school will improve the football field facilities,add more football fields,and increase football matches for African students.The Africa Cup of Nations football competition has relaxed its requirements to broaden the pool of participants.
