Research On The Dilemma And Path Of Badminton Talent Training In Hunan Colleges And Universities Under The Concept Of Integration Of Sports And Education

With the development of China’s sports power and education power,the disadvantages of the traditional talent training model of "combination of sports and education" have gradually emerged,which has lagged behind the needs of the new era for the all-round development of talents;On April 27,2020,the 13 th meeting of the Central Committee for the Comprehensive Deepening of Reform deliberated and adopted the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Teenagers;The Opinions pointed out that it is the guidance to train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,and promote the coordinated development of youth cultural learning and physical exercise;With the popularity and participation rate of badminton in China becoming higher and higher,the society’s demand for badminton talents with more comprehensive ability in sports training is increasing.Under the background of "integration of sports and education",the training of badminton talents in colleges and universities in the new era has become the focus of social attention.This study,from the perspective of integration of sports and education,studies the difficulties existing in the training of badminton talents in Hunan sports training specialty and proposes solutions,providing practical solutions for the training of comprehensive badminton talents in Hunan sports training specialty.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.This study investigated and analyzed the relevant systems,training,teaching methods,learning and training contradictions,teachers,sports events,cooperation with social sports organizations and employment of badminton players in five sports training majors in Hunan Province,and concluded that the main difficulties affecting the training of badminton talents in sports training majors in Hunan Province are: the construction of relevant functions of colleges and universities is not in place The innovation of teaching management and training organization in colleges and universities is insufficient,the socialization of talent training in colleges and universities is not high,high-level teachers are lacking,the "contradiction between learning and training" is more prominent,and colleges and universities do not have a high degree of guarantee for policies and implementation.Through the analysis and thinking of the difficulties in the training of badminton talents in the sports training specialty of Hunan Province,the main factors hindering the training of badminton talents in the sports training specialty of Hunan Province are found out and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: implement the guidance of sports and education integration,strengthen and improve the sports education work in schools in the new era;Strengthen the construction of sports training specialty integrating sports and education,and improve the training quality of badminton talents;Innovate the training mode of sports and education integration,and arrange a new training mode of badminton for sports training specialty combining inside and outside;Build a teacher construction integrating sports and education,and give play to the advantages of various departments in educating people;Strengthen the policy guarantee and organizational implementation of sports and education integration,and through this series of measures,cultivate comprehensive and high-quality sports talents for Hunan Province and even the whole country.
