Research On The Predicament And Solution Path Of Talent Training For Journalism Undergraduate Majors In Sports Colleges

Building a strong sports country is a historical mission entrusted by the new era.The "14th Five-Year Plan for Sports Development" will "strengthen the construction of sports media integration,and promote the establishment of a sports all-media communication system with content construction as the foundation,advanced technology as the support,and innovative management as the guarantee" into the strategic plan.Cultivating high-quality sports news media people is not only the needs of the times,but also the demand of the sports industry,and it is also an important support for the healthy development of sports.To study the current situation of talent training for the undergraduate major of journalism in sports colleges and universities,which specialize in training sports journalism professionals,summarize the experience and shortcomings of talent training,dig out the endogenous variables that restrict talent training,and formulate effective countermeasures.it is not only of certain epochal character,but also of certain practical significance and application value.First of all,this paper uses the literature method to collect relevant research materials on the cultivation of journalism undergraduates in sports colleges,and finds factual basis and theoretical support for the smooth progress of the research;Questionnaires are distributed to students,and data statistics and analysis are carried out on the returned questionnaires to understand the students' learning situation in school.At the same time,through interviews with news teachers of sports colleges and media people in the industry,we can understand the current situation of the cultivation of journalism professionals in sports colleges.Secondly,through a comparative analysis of the curriculum settings,teachers and practical teaching arrangements of journalism majors in four sports colleges and universities,it is found that the difficulties existing in the training of undergraduate journalism professionals in sports colleges are mainly due to unreasonable curriculum settings,professional curriculum and practice.The proportion of course hours is relatively small,the characteristics of sports journalism education are not obvious,and the professional curriculum is lagging behind;the construction of teachers is insufficient,teachers lack sports journalism education background,the number of "double-qualified" teachers is small,and the degree of internationalization of the teaching team is not high;professional practice links The design is not reasonable enough.It also deeply analyzes the reasons for the dilemma of the talent training of journalism undergraduate majors in sports colleges.The main reasons are that the positioning of talent training goals is unclear and lagging behind,The main reason is that the unclear and lagging positioning of talent training objectives and the lack of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism limit the improvement of the quality of talent training.Finally,based on the dilemma and reasons of the talent training of journalism undergraduate majors in sports colleges and universities,using the synergy theory and goal setting theory to formulate clear talent training goals based on market demand;optimize the curriculum structure and content,and strengthen general education and professional education.By integrating,adding special courses in sports journalism education,promoting more reasonable professional practice settings,Add cutting-edge courses;creating a "double-qualified" teacher team,optimizing the structure of teachers,As well as the student as the center,to cultivate students' news professional ability as the starting point,build ability-based practical teaching mode,oriented to all media,training solid professional knowledge,strong professional ability of applied sports professional talent training path in sports colleges.
