Study On Cultivation Of Labor Values Of Junior Middle School Students ——Based On An Investigation Of S Middle School In Nanning City Of Guangxi

Labor values are the essence and foothold of labor education,and the new requirements of the Communist Party of China for labor education in the new era,which have been concerned by the country and the society.Junior high school students are in a crucial stage of life development,their labor values are directly related to the reflection of the labor spirit of the successors of constructors and successors for the cause of Chinese style socialism.The current situation for labor education is not optimistic,part of junior high school students labor values are weak,alienated,which attaches great importance to the state.Nevertheless,the society promote the primary and secondary schools in different period for the labor values education for all the students,which cultivates students labor consciousness.Consequently,students will respect labor,love labor,enable labor,which contributes to the cultivation for qualified labors for the cause of socialism.In the context of the new era,this paper takes the labor values of junior high school students in S Middle School of Nanning City,Guangxi as the research carrier.According to Marx's theory,"All-round Development of the Individual" and "Combination of Education with Productive Labor" as the theoretical basis.Use Citespace5.6 to make a visual analysis of domestic literature related to labor values.On this basis,along with thoroughly sorted out relevant literature,questionnaire surveys and interviews,SPSS17 is used to analyze the survey data.It is found that there are some problems in the cultivation of labor values in S middle school.First,the cultivation of labor values is equal to labor education;Second,labor results need pay more attention rather than the cultivation of labor values;Third,the lack of organic penetration and integration among various disciplines;Fourth,the education of labor values in collaboration is without less practice.Therefore,coming up with the corresponding optimization strategy from the school,society,family three aspects,this paper will provide reference for the education of labor values for the same kind of students in junior high school to realize the purpose of education.
