| As the direct participants of social and economic development,enterprise employees are the main force of social construction and development.Their autonomous learning behavior has become an important way to improve their own quality,enhance enterprise competitiveness,build a learning society and promote high-quality economic development.However,with the increase of leisure time,people spend a lot of time on watching video,playing games,watching TV and other leisure entertainment,the current enterprise employees unwilling to learn,can not learn,do not take the initiative to learn and other phenomena become increasingly prominent.In order to understand the generation mechanism of enterprise employees’ autonomous learning behavior and stimulate their autonomous learning behavior,this study adopts SEM and fs QCA methods to try to answer the question “What are the factors that affect the generation of enterprise employees’ autonomous learning behavior?”“How do these factors interact with each other to promote the autonomous learning behavior of enterprise employees?”“What ways do these factors combine to influence employees’ autonomous learning behavior?” and so on.This study first introduces the core contents of S-O-R model,MOA theory and technology acceptance model involved,from which seven key variables are extracted,which are motivation,opportunity,ability,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,independent learning willingness and autonomous learning behavior.Based on this,two studies are designed.In study 1,the S-O-R model is taken as the research framework,motivation,opportunity and capability in MOA theory are taken as independent variables and incorporated into the framework of "S"(stimulus),and perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use in technology acceptance model are taken as intermediary variables and incorporated into the framework of "O"(organism).The autonomous learning willingness and behavior of employees are incorporated into the framework of "R"(response),and the research hypothesis is formed by sorting out the research results of related variables involved,and then Model 1 is built.In order to verify the hypothesis model,SPSS25.0 software and AMOS24.0 software were used in this paper to conduct reliability and validity analysis,model fit degree and hypothesis test,and mediation effect test for the questionnaire.The verification results proved the rationality of the production mechanism model of employees’ autonomous learning behavior.In Study 2,three research propositions are put forward and Model 2 is constructed according to the research characteristics of fs QCA method.Then,fsqca3.0 software was used to study the combined effects of six antecedents,including motivation,opportunity,ability,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,and willingness to learn independently on the outcome variable of autonomous learning behavior,to identify the six configurations that promote the independent learning behavior of enterprise employees,and to prove the stability of the research results through robustness test.Finally,combined with the results of data analysis,this paper puts forward six suggestions to stimulate the autonomous learning behavior of enterprise employees,which are respectively to stimulate the autonomous learning drive of enterprise employees;Create the external environment to support the independent learning of enterprise employees;Guide employees to master learning strategies;Cultivate the learning and transfer ability of employees;Optimize employee knowledge sharing platform;To meet the differences of enterprise employees’ autonomous learning needs. |
