In our study the participants is the employee and his (or hers) immediate supervisor. There are four conclusions in this research:1. Significant difference of trust in supervisor were found comparing the staff with different sex, different ages, different firm size, different supervisor's state, the different sex of the supervisor, the different ages of the supervisor, and the number of employees in firm.2. There is significant positive correlation between trust in supervisor and the employee's enterprising behavior, and both affect-based trust and cognition-based trust have a significant effect on the employee's enterprising behavior. 3. Our findings indicate that achievement motivation do not moderate the proposed trust-behavior relationship. We call for further research on other moderating variables to explain the findings.
