| Corporate culture has an important impact on attracting talents.Enterprises must understand the preferences of new-generation college students in corporate culture.This study aims to explore the corporate culture preferences of college students when choosing employment,and provide a practical basis for enterprises to build their own corporate culture.This article uses Y Academy to receive more than two employment offers of OFFER as the survey target.Compared with the corporate culture differences of college students who accept offer companies and the corporate culture of rejection of offer,they will study the corporate culture preferences of college students in Y College.This article uses the Natural Experimental Law to determine the investigation object,and determines the two groups of enterprises that offers have rejected and the OFFER being accepted.The questionnaire has verified the aspects of distinction,trustworthiness,and homogeneous trust.At the same time,analyzes the differences between college students in different corporate cultural preferences using pairing T test,KANO model,and hierarchical regression.Studies have found that corporate culture preferences have an important impact on college students’ career selection decisions.When college students choose employment units,they are more vulnerable to changing innovation,core values,social responsibility,employee participation,and employee development.Charm attributes,core values and social responsibilities belong to the expected attributes.Employee development and employee participation belong to the necessary attributes,and institutional culture and team building belong to the difference.The results of this study are of reference significance to attract new generation of college students through corporate culture.Studies have proved the importance of corporate culture to new generation of college students;research also shows that there are priority differences in corporate cultural construction,that is,:employee development and employee participation> core values and social responsibilities> change innovation> institutional culture and team construction Essence. |
