With the development of society and the improvement of economy,people's demand for high-quality and diversified education is increasing,which has laid a solid market foundation for in-service non-academic education and training.At the same time,the development of the Internet,the openness and transparency of educational information,the removal of trade barriers,and the growing consumer market have attracted more and more educational and training institutions to join In-service non-academic education and training market competition is more and more intense.The leading position of HZ education group is also being challenged by numerous competitors with their own characteristics and competitive prices.Hz Education Group,which could easily make market profits only by accumulating brand influence for many years,growth has slowed and turnover has stagnated.In addition,in the process of rapid development in recent years,HZ education has adhered to the market-oriented concept,although it has made great contributions to the development of HZ education However,the negligence of corporate culture management has also led to HZ facing a series of problems such as backward management mode,lagging talent training,increasing staff turnover rate...At the same time,since its establishment in 2001,HZ education has always insisted on not only passing the joint entrance examination,but also on the idea of lifelong education,teaching and growth,paying attention to the culture of students,students-oriented brand all these have laid a good foundation for the brand advantage of HZ education in the industry,but with the rapid development of HZ education and the constant change of the market,the original corporate culture is too thin for today's gradually growing HZ education Hz education urgently needs to inject new vitality into its corporate culture.This paper is based on this background,using the traditional way of putting forward,analyzing and solving problems,through the research on the related literature of enterprise culture,many successful enterprises excellent enterprise culture,based on the interviews conducted within HZ education and the questionnaire survey conducted among the staff at different levels in the multi-campus,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current corporate culture problems in HZ education And in view of these questions proposed the related solution method and the strategy.In this paper,the author mainly finds out the problems of HZ education in team spirit,employee behavior standard,reward and punishment system,enterprise values,communication and coordination,strategic goals,innovation and change...Finally,from the enterprise spiritual culture,enterprise behavior culture,enterprise system culture,enterprise material culture,four levels of the corresponding problems proposed solutions.Hope to be able to HZ education group corporate culture optimization work to provide some reference for other education and training institutions to better construction of corporate culture.
