Higher vocational education is to make men social application talents, or people who have a certain schooling and professional skills. It lays more emphasis on the training for practical skills and the ability of practical work when compared to general education and adult education. It is a kind of eimployment education. The cooperation between college and enterprise is the important approach to developing higher vocationaleducation. It is necessary to combine excellent enterprise culture and construct campus culture with obvious vocational featurefor realizing the goal of training high quality talents in higher vocational colleges and promoting zero distance employment forhigher vocational students. The mutual infiltration between higher vocational campus culture and enterprise culture enriches theconnotation of higher vocational campus culture, and represents higher vocational colleges'unique vocational culture character.Through analyzing the necessity of the connotation and combination between enterprise culture and higher vocational campus culture, this paper discusses the approach to combining enterprise culture into higher vocational campus culture. This essay begins with the different between the campus culture in higher vocational colleges and the corporate culture, and then analyzes the differences and the relationship. On the surface, the campus culture is kind of research culture and mission culture, while the corporate culture is kind of practice culture and responsibility culture. The campus culture emphasizes plan, however, the corporate culture emphasizes benefit and flexibility. But in fact, the aim of these two is all to improve the administrative levels and strengthen the core competitiveness. In the second part, I argue the various forms expression of these two cultures linking up. These forms of expression help colleges to achieve their goal of personnel training, improve the students'professional attainments, and promote their capabilities of serving the enterprise. In the third part, I stress on the ways of these two cultures linking up combined with the previous research results, and also make effective attempts. In the last part, I conclude that we should make sure that the higher vocational education is unique and effective, and both the enterprise and college can benefit. School-enterprise cooperation is a good way to train professional talents wherever home or abroad. For example, we can see that Duales system in France, cooperation of industries, universities and research institutes in Japan, talents-development program in Canada, and multiple open cooperative in-America. So, we should learn from them, and then establish an effective mechanism to clear the way for graduates and offer help.
