With the rapid development of our economy,the living standard of the people is constantly improving.The urgent pursuit of health has become a mainstream trend.Mass sports is the foundation to promote the realization of “healthy China” and “sports power”,and provides an indispensable role for the development of sports in China.Community is a key component of public sports services.How can the supply of these services be increased to better serve the public’s actual sporting needs? It has grown in importance as mass sports have developed.In Changchun City,the availability of community public sports services is currently growing.There are also insufficient matching policies.Low social participation.A shortage of professionals and many other problems.Therefore,this article from Changchun City community public sports service supply status.Using the holistic governance theory and starting with the supply strategy of the supply system,this study investigates the internal law of the growth of community public sports service in Changchun City.Innovate the supply mode and optimize the implementation strategy,in order to promote the sustainable development of Changchun community public sports service system.In this paper,Changchun community public sports service supply.As the research object,some street communities were randomly selected from seven cities in Changchun City.To extract residents of a community as survey objects,use.literature,a survey,statistical calculations,and logical analysis.based on a review of the availability of public sports services in the local community.Analyze the supply concept,supply subject,information resources,venues,facilities,etc To systematically understand the present situation of community public sports service supply in Changchun from the aspects of social guidance and residents’ basic information.Based on the theory of holistic governance,The primary issues are examined,condensed,and the related solutions are presented.The main conclusion of this study:(1)Is the development of community public sports service supply in Changchun.The number of sports policies and regulations is increasing,and the policy support is improving day by day.But most of them are macro policies and lack of detailed matching policies in the process of concrete implementation.In the supply concept,we should always adhere to the people-oriented supply concept.(2)Community residents’ demand for public sports services is increasing day by day.And presents a diversified development trend,different groups of different classes of demand is different.Therefore,there is an urgent need to establish a resident demand-oriented expression mechanism.Enhance effective communication between citizens and the government.(3)By building a diversified performance evaluation mechanism and supervision management system.Increase the supply system and supply process of scientific democratization,effectively improve the level of community public sports service.(4)At present,social sports instructors in Changchun City fail to give full play to the bridge role between the government and community residents.At the same time,the quantity and quality of social sports instructors need to be improved.
