Survey On Satisfaction Of Residents In City Community Sports Public Service

In recent years, along with the national policy and implementation, public sports service plays a more and more important role in the growing social demand. City community sports public service is a key problem of the construction of the public sports service system, and public sports service of community is an important part of the modern government of constructing service type government.At present, a large district in Changsha have been built,Xiangjiang Century City in population and building wide area at the top, it is estimated at least five years there will be other projects can catch up, so will the Xiangjiang Century City column as the object of study is of representative significance.Analysis of Xiangjiang century city which is a typical representative of the residents of community sports public service satisfaction, found that the current Xiangjiang century city community sports public service problems, the specific analysis of its causes and propose solutions. Not only has the reference for the relevant functional departments of the government in formulating the development of community sports service policy, and provides a reference for the similar domestic city Hunan province or the related research of large community sports public service.In this study, Xiangjiang century city community sports public service satisfaction degree of residents as the research object, subject knowledge related to science, sociology,management science and so on the use of sports, through the methods of documentation, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method to the organization of Xiangjiang Century City Jiang existing sports facilities in Century City, community satisfaction community sports, community sports service satisfaction, satisfaction of community sports fitness guidance to provide public information satisfaction, community sports public service department image satisfaction, community sports public service policy implementation, satisfaction of community resident sports equalization of public service satisfaction and perception of these aspects were degree of satisfaction of public sports service in Xiangjiang century city community present investigation.Through to the Xiangjiang century city community sports public service satisfaction analysis concluded that: 1) the present stage Xiangjiang century city community residents to participate in physical exercise in the male to female ratio was essentially flat, married people are highly educated intellectuals, 41-59 years of age as the main participants, the main sports run(go) step. 2) Xiangjiang century city community residents is not high for the overall rating of existingcommunity sports public service satisfaction, usage, the community sports facilities on the equalization of sports public service aspects of perception are close to the satisfaction of the standard, and the location and service, the number of social sports instructors of community service and community sports public service sector is not the basic contact state. 3) Xiangjiang century city community residents satisfaction to community sports public service in the age,gender, marital status, education level and participation in physical exercise of five population variables were significant differences.By understanding the analysis put forward the following suggestions: 1 strengthen the existing problems of community sports public service information service construction; 2perfect the community of social sports instructors training system; 3 strengthen community sports public service management; 4 increase the community sports public service funding; 5 improve the service of community sports public.
