Research On The Satisfaction Of Community Public Sports Service In Changchun

This study analyzes the Changchun city community sports public service satisfaction,the use of knowledge including the content of the cross sports sociology,and many other disciplines,and adopts many methods including expert interviews and literature review,research and analysis.In the research of the Changchun city community residents for the satisfaction of public sports services,mainly for residents satisfaction of community sports organizations,community sports community sports public service,public information,community existing public sports facilities and community related services department image of this several elements as evaluation standard.Summary Changchun city community sports public service for the feedback through the analysis,we can draw the following conclusions:(1)the community participate in the exercise of the population,the proportion of male and female is 1:1;and the married than unmarried people,only a small part of the main form of exercise;people to run(walk),and the main exercise crowd for the 40-60 year old intellectuals.(2)the residents are satisfied with the existing public sports service not only,on two indicators of existing sports facilities within the community and public service is satisfactory,but the sports service departments and instructors services in the community is not optimistic,many people don't know is that these services.(3)the residents' satisfaction with the community sports service has strong correlation with the five factors of gender,age,marital status,education and exercise frequency.Through the analysis of present problems,the paper puts forward the following countermeasures: 1 strengthen the sports information service Changchun city community residents;2 to improve the existing social sports instructor training system;3 to strengthen service management,improve the quality of public sports service;4 invest more funds for the construction of public sports service;5 in the formulation of public sports service policy invite residents to participate in.
