A Study Of The Community Public Sports Service In Changchun From The Perspective Of Supply Side

During the construction of public sports service system,the supply of community public sports service has always occupied a large proportion.The study on investigation of the current situation of community public sports service is thus of great significance.This thesis explores the community public sports service in Changchun from the perspective of Supply side.The thesis investigates the current situation,objective,system of the community public sports service and the supply countermeasures in Changchun by means of methodology of literature,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and logical analysis.On the basis of the above work,the author comes to some conclusion and made some recommendations as follows:At present,the number of different types of public sports facilities in the communities increased gradually,the sports regulations have been improved increasingly,the community residents? satisfaction with sports facilities has been improved to some extent.However,it? s still necessary to promote both the quantity and the quality of community sports service.In response to this situation,Changchun government put forward some quantitative indicators of national fitness.Seen from the supply system,governments at all levels,market and social organization constitute the main body of community sports service.Concerning the supply countermeasures,firstly,the public sports facilities in the communities should be enhanced;secondly,the overall quality of instructors of social sports should be strengthened;lastly,all kinds of sporting events should be developed so as to meet the demands of the community residents.There are some suggestions: increasing the spending from the government and accelerating the construction of national fitness site;coordinating the universities,institutions and companies within the community to open the sports buildings to the public;opening the sports market and realizing the multidirectional sports service;strengthening the propaganda of national fitness,attracting the social forces to support the training activity in community;raising instructors of social sports;organizing all kinds of sports activities and improving the system of national fitness.
