Research purposeIn this paper,five-position image collection and two-dimensional video analysis are used to analyze the whole movement technology of Chinese elite female100-meter hurdler,and the common technical characteristics of Chinese elite athletes are identified,and the sports mode and technical characteristics of Chinese elite athletes are explored.Research object and methodThe top 5 athletes in the final of the first stop of the 2022 National Track and Field Grand Prix(Huangshi,Hubei)will be set as Group A,and the 5 athletes in the final of the 14 th Games of the People’s Republic of China in 2021 will be set as Group B.Group C consists of the top seven world Elite athletes from the 2019 Doha World Championships and Tobi Amusan,who set the world record(12.12s)at the2022 Eugene World Championships.The time,distance,speed and Angle parameters of group A are selected for research;the time and speed parameters of group B are compared with the distance parameters of the starting stage;the time and speed parameters of group C are compared.It adopts literature data method,expert interview method,video image processing and analysis method,mathematical statistics method,comparative analysis method and logical analysis method.This paper explores the gap and deficiency between Chinese elite female 100 m hurdler and world elite athletes.Research results(1)In this study,8-step hurdle technology was adopted at the starting stage.The average time of group A at the starting stage was 2.69±0.07 s,the average frequency of the first 8 steps was 3.89±0.17 Hz,the average reaction time was 0.18±0.02 s,the average speed was 4.83±0.13m/s,and the average step length was 1.422±0.03 m.The time and speed characteristics of group A,B and C were highly correlated with the results(p < 0.01).(2)The average value of column units in group A was 1.07±0.03 s,which was0.04 s behind that in group B and 0.08 s behind that in group C(0.99±0.02s).The average interval time was 3.21±0.08 s,the step frequency was 5.09±0.24 Hz,and the three step length was 5.20±0.17 m.The interval speed of group A was 7.98±0.15m/s,0.26m/s slower than that of group B.The hurdle cycle and segment time of group AB,group AC and group BC showed significant differences.(3)Hurdle crossing speed of group A was 7.27±0.21m/s,hurdle crossing time was 0.54±0.01 s,among which,hurdle time,flight time and lower hurdle time were of significant significance respectively,hurdle step length was 3.30±0.12 m,and there were significant differences between starting span and landing distance.The vertical distance between the highest point of the column center of mass and the ground was1.09±0.05 m,the starting span Angle was 71.12±3.50°,the trunk Angle was76.46±3.37°,the hip Angle was 69.14±3.82°,the knee Angle was 196.30±8.21° and the air Angle was 136.42±26.22°.(4)The mean time of group A was 1.37±0.05 s,0.22 s slower than group B’s1.15±0.04 s,and 0.16 s slower than group C’s 1.21±0.02 s.There were significant differences between group AB and group AC.The sectional velocity of group A was7.66±0.30m/s,and that of group C was 8.34±0.14m/s.There were significant differences between group AB and group AC.Speed,time and step frequency were highly correlated with performance in sprint stage(p < 0.01).Research conclusion(1)In the starting stage,the acceleration ability is generally weak,and the step length is long and the step frequency is slow.Although reaction time is highly correlated with performance,there is no need to over-pursue reaction time in training.More attention should be paid to the gait from the start to the first hurdle to prepare for 9 hurdle cycles.(2)The speed and rhythm of hurdles running stage is relatively stable,but the acceleration ability is weak,the ability of running and straddling combination still needs to be improved,and the segmented speed still lags behind that of the world’s elite athletes.Short sum of step length,slow step frequency,large fluctuation of center of mass,long single step landing time and long time in the air.The time and length of the three steps between columns showed the trend of "short-long-medium".(3)In the hurdle stage,the hurdle step is longer,the starting distance is shorter,the landing distance is longer,the hurdle time is longer,the hurdle speed is slower,the ankle joint support ability is weak,and the hurdle pressing technology needs to be improved.In terms of attacking hurdle technology,the pattern of starting span is long and landing distance is long,which is in line with the technical style of today’s excellent 100 m hurdler,"starting span is long and coming down the hurdle is short".(4)In the sprint stage,excellent athletes at home and abroad all use five steps to complete.The Chinese athletes have a long time,slow pace and slow speed,and still have some lack of sprint ability compared with the world excellent athletes.
