Research On The Cultivation Of Tolerance Qualities Among College Students

Tolerance is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation,a civilized value recognized in modern society,and a moral quality that college students should possess.Tolerance is a test of human civilization.Whether we have a tolerant rational way of thinking and humanitarian feelings is an important benchmark to measure the degree of social civilization.College students play a key role in the social development of our country.The cultivation of their tolerant quality is not only conducive to shaping the good moral quality of college students,promoting the all-round development of people,but also conducive to improving the civilization and harmony of the whole society.Based on this,this paper studies the current situation of college students’ tolerance quality and its cultivation strategies.The text is mainly divided into three parts:The first part is to interpret the connotation of tolerance in the context of Chinese and Western cultures,on the basis of which,put forward my own understanding of the concept of tolerance,and further explore the classification,limitation and root causes of intolerance of tolerance.In addition,it analyzes the constituent elements and behavioral characteristics of tolerance quality,and summarizes the significance of cultivating college students’ tolerance quality.The second part:Through the design and distribution of the questionnaire,the data of the questionnaire are collated and analyzed to reveal the current situation of the tolerance quality of college students.Generally speaking,the tolerance qua lity of contemporary college students is good,but there are also some problems i n cognition,emotional attitude,will,and behavioral ability,which need to be furt her solved.According to the problems existing in the current situation of college students’ tolerance quality,try to explore the causes of college students’ lack of to lerance quality from the aspects of college students’ own factors,family atmospher e,school education,social environment,etc.The third part:This part mainly discusses the countermeasures of cultivating college students’ tolerance quality.Schools are the main places to educate and cultivate college students,and the important influence of family education and social environment on the shaping of college students’ moral quality cannot be ignored.Only in a democratic,open,inclusive and free environment can we truly feel tolerance,taste tolerance and develop tolerance.Therefore,in view of the causes of the problems of college students’ tolerance quality,this paper discusses the cultivation path of college students’ tolerance quality from multiple perspectives,such as strengthening self-discipline,paying attention to family edification,highlighting school education,and optimizing the social environment.
