A teacher's humanistic quality positively decide on his country's condition of national concept's , sense of responsibility , sense of morality , on weather they have the correct world outlook and life outlook. But the students'humanistic quality is related closely to their teachers'. If we have neglected or despised the students'humanistic education, it would result in the decreasing of the whole nation's spirit and the society's vulgarization. The more the science students in normal university get in touch with the highest science and technology, the more they need the human culture's influence. But because of the fundamental education's too early separation of science and arts, high education's too narrow special subject, too strong utility and too weak human culture's influence, it makes the science students in normal university universally lack humanistic quality. The science students in normal university are regarded as the reserve force of fundamental education, so that they need the high level humanistic quality. The important standard to judge the normal university's teaching quality is that weather we could make students full of social ideal and social responsibility, weather we could make them transform the human spirit into their own value concept, knowledge concept and teaching concept, etc.This thesis compares the foreign and Chinese human culture education, then it proclaims the necessity of the humanistic quality education mixing with the science education. Detailed investigations on qualified education of human culture of science students in northeast normal university are made in this dissertation, based on analysis of this investigation, concluding that qualified education of human culture of science students in northeast normal university is relatively weak and should be strengthened as soon as possible. Leaning from the successful experiences in other technical universities at home and aboard for reference, putting forward the rhombus educational model of human culture diathesis to technical universities in northeast normal university. Bringing out the methods of enhancing qualified education of human culture in northeast normal university ranging from the change of ideas, the settlement of curriculums, to the unification of culture and the perfection of supervision.
