A Study On Cultivation Of Primary And Middle School Students' Tolerance Quality

In the pluralistic society, tolerance becomes a basic quality. How to cultivate student's tolerance quality is the key task of moral education in schools. However, some intolerant phenomena exits in the school, which indicates the shortcoming of the process of moral education. Through analyzing the ignorance of tolerance quality, the paper finds the factors causing intolerance in education, and makes the relevant strategies, puts forward the theoretical basis for the cultivating of student's tolerance qualityFirstly, the paper briefly discusses the background, meaning, purpose, method of the subject and reviews on the problem of tolerance which domestic and international did research in detail. Secondly, the paper mainly discusses the conception and content of tolerance, indicates that the content of tolerance. is developing constantly, so the content of tolerance in different period is different. At the same time, the paper mentions the problem of limit to the tolerance and teachers' tolerance as well. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the external expression of the ignorance of tolerance quality, in order to excavate the source of intolerance of students, that is, egocentric and discusses how the students' egocentricity caused. Fourthly, the paper analyzes many reasons for the ignorance of tolerance, including the influence of school education, society and the culture of traditional personality. The paper mainly seeks to the reasons from the education. Through analyzing the factor of educational view, goal, content, means and teachers, the paper indicates the shortcoming and the problems caused by the ignorance of tolerance.
