| According to the seventh census,the urbanization rate of China’s resident population is now 64.72%,the proportion of people aged 60 and above has increased by 5.44 percentage points,further deepening the degree of aging.How to further improve the spiritual quality of life of the elderly groups is an important task for the elderly services.As a product of the urbanization process,"village-to-community" has special problems and needs to improve the spiritual quality of life of the elderly in these communities.Serving to improve the spiritual quality of life of the elderly in the "village-to-community" will certainly become an important aspect of the "village-to-community" service system,and an important service area for social work.Through semi-structured interviews,we found that the elderly in the "village-to-community" has different degrees of problems in the quality of spiritual life,such as recreational activities,social interaction,and sense of self-worth.The elderly in the "village-to-community" needs to further enrich their recreational life,expand their social interaction,and enhance their sense of self-worth so as to improve the quality of their spiritual life.Based on the survey analysis and demand estimation of the quality of spiritual life of the elderly in the "village-to-community",and based on the symbolic interaction theory,we selected the typical elderly in the "village-to-community" in urbanization,and used the reciprocal model to carry out group work service for the improvement of the quality of spiritual life of the elderly in the "village-to-community".The group work is divided into four phases,and in the early stage of the group,factors such as the characteristics of group members,the nature of the group,the role of the group workers and the creation of the group environment have a greater impact on the use of the group reciprocal model,which is conducive to the rapid establishment of group relationships;In the group development stage,factors such as group game design,group members’ integration and group interaction methods have a greater impact on the use of group reciprocity mode,which is conducive to meeting the increased needs of group members for social entertainment life;In the group maturity stage,factors such as group member roles,group activity environment,and group member relationships have a greater impact on the use of the group reciprocal model,which is conducive to the needs of group members to enrich their social life;At the end of the group,factors such as group members’ emotions and social workers’ role transformation have a greater impact on the use of the group reciprocal model,which is conducive to meeting the needs of group members to enhance their sense of self-worth.This group service achieved its goal and effectively improved the quality of spiritual life of the elderly in the "village-to-community",and the effectiveness of the service was obvious.However,the service also needs to be improved,and social workers need to further improve the flexibility and effectively link various elements in the service by using the reciprocal model. |
