The teaching quality of primary education is very important for the continuity of lifelong education,and in the teaching process,whether teachers can reasonably exercise their disciplinary power affects the teaching quality.At present,first,the negative influence of public opinion,the challenge of teachers’ authority,the students’ mistakes,and the teachers dare not correct them directly;Second,many primary and secondary school teachers don’t understand the principle of "moderation" in the process of adopting disciplinary measures,which leads to students’ mental and physical injuries.Therefore,through interviews and questionnaires,this paper understands the problems existing in the process of teachers adopting disciplinary measures;From the perspective of the theory of harmonious education,we should deal with it from the aspects of the country,society,family,harmonious educational environment in schools,teachers themselves and students,and coordinate the interaction among various harmonious factors.We put forward some effective countermeasures to solve the problem that the punishment right of primary and secondary school teachers lies in strengthening the management of harmonious education,building a harmonious and democratic communication system between teachers and students,improving the individual literacy of teachers and students,creating a harmonious and symbiotic atmosphere of disciplinary education,building a harmonious educational evaluation system,giving full play to the positive supervision role of public opinion,and implementing the concept of harmonious education jointly by teachers and students.
