| Learning society puts forward higher requirements on everyone’s learning ability.Learning ability is the necessary ability for everyone’s lifelong learning,and it is an important measure to measure a person’s learning ability and comprehensive quality.It not only includes students’ mastery of knowledge and skills,but also covers students’ cognition,emotion,will and action.It is regarded as a necessary cultural quality for contemporary students in the 21 st century.The generation and cultivation of students’ learning ability runs through each stage.Among them,junior high school students in all aspects of physical and mental development is more rapid,plasticity is strong,is an important key to cultivate students’ learning ability.The unique attributes of physics have brought great learning challenges to beginners.Therefore,this study investigates the current situation and influencing factors of junior high school students’ physics learning ability,which has important research significance for improving junior high school students’ physics learning ability and promoting the development of physics education.Based on the existing domestic and foreign studies on the components of learning power and related studies on learning power of physics,this study determined the components of junior high school students’ learning power of physics,including physics learning motivation,physics learning perseverance,physics learning ability and physics learning creativity.Then,based on the characteristics of physics curriculum in compulsory education and the characteristics of cognitive development of junior high school students,the four components of junior high school students’ physics learning ability are explained in detail.After clarifying the constituent elements of junior high school students’ physics learning ability,670 students,teachers and parents from two junior high schools in S City were investigated by questionnaire and 15 students,10 physics teachers and 6 parents were interviewed by interview to understand the current situation and influencing factors of junior high school students’ physics learning ability.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that there are the following problems in junior high school students’ physics learning ability: first,the internal driving force of junior high school students’ physics learning needs to be improved;Second,the perseverance quality of junior high school students learning physics still needs to be strengthened;Third,the development of junior high school students’ integration of knowledge and practice in physics is not balanced;Fourthly,junior high school students are lack of independent creativity in learning physics.In-depth analysis of junior high school physics learning ability of the key factors,including four levels.First,the level of students,including learning interests,learning habits,learning strategies,their own physical performance,college pressure.Second,the family level,including parents’ education,parents’ expectations,family atmosphere,family education.Third,the teacher level,including teacher-student relationship,teaching methods,teaching ability.Fourth,school level,including school atmosphere,class culture and activities.Among them,the student factor has the greatest influence on junior high school students’ physics learning ability and all dimensions,followed by teacher factor,family factor,and finally school factor.Therefore,based on the above research results,the following countermeasures are proposed to improve the physics learning ability of junior high school students: at the level of students,we should change the concept of learning,enhance the drive of students’ physics learning,enhance the ability to withstand pressure,temper the perseverance of students’ physics learning,strengthen cooperative exploration,cultivate students’ physics learning ability,dare to question and innovate,and cultivate students’ physics learning creativity.At the family level,we should create a good family education environment,stimulate students’ motivation to learn physics,improve the idea of family education,promote the cultivation of students’ perseverance in learning physics,optimize the family education behavior,and cultivate students’ learning ability and creativity in physics.Teachers should enhance their personal teaching charm,build a good relationship between teachers and students,master a variety of teaching methods flexibly,enhance the cultivation of students’ physics learning ability,improve teachers’ professional quality,and ensure the effectiveness of physics learning ability implementation.At the school level,we should create a strong campus culture,create a good physics learning atmosphere,broaden the way of physics learning activities,ensure the rationality of physics learning ability cultivation,build a positive teaching evaluation system,and lead the effective development of students’ physics learning ability. |
