From the perspective of educational psychology,learning interest is a psychological characteristic that tends to know and study to obtain certain knowledge,which is also an internal force motivating people to seek knowledge.Although the significance and role of interest in learning is widely recognized,the attention to the interest in education in China is still not enough,and since the reform of college entrance examination,the situation of selective examination in physics has not been so optimistic.It is of great significance to study senior one students' interest in physics learning as well as other factors,to put forward practical suggestions on how to improve students' interest in physics learning and to break the embarrassing the situation of selective examination in physics in the context of the new college entrance examination.With the revised questionnaire related to science education(Chinese version)as the research tool,a survey was conducted among senior one students from four key high schools in the City Liaocheng to figure out the students' interest status of physics learning and the degree of impact from other factors;Besides,by interviewing the students of three levels in two classes of the same school,this paper further analyzes the socioeconomic situation of their families along with the parents' concern for their children's physics learning.The results show that the overall situation in physics learning interest of senior one students in Liaocheng is good,and that the degrees of interest in different subjects vary.For example,there are apparent gender differences in mechanics,thermology,electromagnetism and atomic physics;The main factors influencing students' interest in physics learning are students' impression of physics class,their attitude towards science,their off campus experience in physics learning and gender.Specifically saying,in terms of the affected degree,boys are higher than girls,and parents' attention to children's physics learning is not ideal.According to the problems reflected in the survey,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the students' interest level from "fun" to "aspiration" in order to improve the students' impression of physics class;It is suggested that the students' scientific attitude should be cultivated in combination with humanistic education and modern science and technology;We can enrich their off-campus physics learning experience by means of the combination of family and school,considering the differences in students' gender and personality;And the physical learning experience of female students can be improved by choosing strategies to overcome gender differences in class.
