In July 2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Stage of Compulsory Education(hereinafter referred to as the “double reduction”),requiring all regions and departments to seriously implement it in light of actual conditions.Its purpose is to improve the school’s education level and effectively reduce the excessive homework burden and off-campus training burden of students in the compulsory education stage.After the implementation of the “double reduction” policy,the current general “full classroom”passive learning method,“sea tactics” mechanical training routines,“cram schools”everywhere and other chaos has been effectively corrected,education authorities and primary and secondary schools across the country have also carried out effective rectification of their own problems,teachers of various subjects are also implementing the “double reduction” opinion,in their own subject areas to carry out beneficial education and teaching practice exploration,and have achieved certain practical results.The implementation of the “double reduction” opinion is to reduce students’ learning burdens,improve teachers’ educational and teaching abilities,and explore ways to develop students’ learning abilities and methods.Among the many practical explorations,cultivating students’ independent learning ability is an important research topic and an important point of concern and practice for me in my graduate teaching internship.I combine the practical research of education and teaching in my internship school,divide independent learning into five aspects,such as learning motivation,learning management,learning process,learning strategy and learning evaluation,design questionnaires and interview outlines,and investigate 241 students of junior two and junior three in S middle school in W district of C city,and find that: junior high school students’ independent learning ability in physics is not strong;students’ time management and self-evaluation ability are weak;active pre-study and the willingness to cooperate with other students were not strong.In this paper,we analyze the causes of the problems and propose a strategy to cultivate junior high school students’ independent learning ability,based on theories of learning,humanism and practice-knowledge-repractice-knowledge,and based on classroom teaching practice.The study is based on classroom teaching practices and the implementation of independent learning strategies in three dimensions: before,during,and after class,to reshape classroom teaching and promote junior high school students’ independent learning ability.The results of the experimental class and the regular class were compared before and after the implementation of the strategy,and it was found that the strategy helped to improve junior high school students’ independent learning ability.
