In recent years,burden reduction has been a hot topic in the education sector.Although a number of policies have been promulgated to promote the process of burden reduction,the results have not been satisfactory.Students' academic burden is still heavy,and their physical and mental health is not optimistic.In July 2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and other departments promulgated the "double reduction" policy.The document clarifies the function and positioning of homework,and incorporates homework design into the teaching and research system.Therefore,the full implementation of school-based homework has become a key measure to reduce the burden and improve the quality of compulsory education.The author studies the relevant theories of school-based homework,combines his own teaching experience and practice,and tries to design and order school-based homework.In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of school-based homework mode and traditional homework mode,two classes taught by the author are selected to conduct a comparative experimental study of school-based homework mode and traditional homework mode for a semester,and observe whether there are significant differences between the two classes under different homework modes.Through pre-test and post-test analysis of the academic performance of the two classes,and quantitative study of the students using the internationally recognized Science Attitude Scale CLASS.SPSS was used to conduct independent sample T test for academic performance and CLASS score data.The results show that school-based homework model has more significant effect on academic performance than traditional homework model,but not on students' attitude towards physics learning,which needs further research and demonstration.
