The free throw percentage will play a vital role in the victory of a ball game, and the free throw percentage is inseparable from the athlete's psychological quality. How to improve the psychological quality of athletes is a problem worthy of attention. This article seeks to find an effective method to enhance the psychological quality of college female basketball players to improve the percentage of free throws. With a view to basketball players playing well on the court and achieving ideal results. This study used literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, experiment method, and mathematical statistics method.Among them, the experiment method is to test and compare 4 biofeedback indicators(EEG,EMG,SC,Temp)and free throw percentage of female basketball players of Jilin University Sports College analysis.Twenty athletes were divided into control group and experimental group according to their scores of free throws before the experiment. The control group uses conventional training method, and the experimental group uses conventional training method combined with biofeedback training method. After the end of the 8-week experimental training, four biofeedback indicators and free throw percentages of the two groups of tested athletes were measured, with the help of correct statistical analysis methods to test and comparative analysis of experimental data,to draw the following conclusions:1.The two training methods of the control group and the experimental group both improved the percentage of free throws made by the two groups of athletes. The experimental group routine training combined with biofeedback training method makes the college female basketball players improve the percentage of free throws more.2.After the experiment, the control group and the experimental group had significant differences in the four biofeedback index data of EEG,EMG,SC,and Temp. The control of the arousal level and anxiety level, stress disorder, and relaxation of the experimental group were excellent. There are also significant differences between the two groups of female college basketball players in free throw shooting. The results of theexperimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.3.After the experiment, although the control group has improved the percentage of free throws,it has no correlation with the changes in the four biofeedback indicators EEG,EMG,SC,Temp. The increase in free throw percentage in the experimental group was moderately related to the two biofeedback indicators SC and Temp.SC biofeedback training improves the anxiety control and stress adjustment ability required by the experimental group personnel in free throws.Temp biofeedback training improves the emotional relaxation ability required by the experimental group personnel in free throws.
