Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Children's Sports Training Institutions In Chengd

After the "double reduction" policy has been implemented,students are "improving quality and efficiency" in academics,and after-school time is filled by two disciplines: sports and arts.After the epidemic,parents are paying more and more attention to their children’s physical health,expecting to learn one or two sports skills,so that their children grow up healthy and happy.In recent years,national sports departments and education departments have introduced various policies related to promoting the development of children’s sports training,promoting the development of the children’s sports training industry forward,and various types of children’s sports training institutions have emerged around the world.From the side,the economic growth and the increase of disposable income of the residents are favorable to the development of children’s sports training industry.The development of children’s sports training industry is too rapid,and the development process is unbalanced,insufficient and irregular,which should be investigated and reflected in time to give corrective opinions to help the children’s sports training industry develop smoothly.This paper will take Jinjiang District as an example to carry out a study on the current situation and countermeasures of the operation of children’s sports training institutions in Chengdu.This paper conducts a study on the current situation and countermeasures of children’s sports training institutions in Chengdu through literature method,expert interview method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical and statistical method.The research includes the basic situation of children’s sports training institutions in Jinjiang District,Chengdu,the analysis of social environment of children’s sports training institutions in Chengdu,the analysis of parents’ demand for children’s sports training institutions,the analysis of shortcomings in the operation of children’s sports training institutions in Chengdu,and the development strategies of children’s sports training institutions in Chengdu.The study concluded that the operational shortcomings of children’s sports training institutions in Chengdu include insufficient site safety management of children’s sports training institutions;low professionalism of coaches in children’s sports training institutions;and backward business philosophy of children’s sports training.Development strategies are proposed to strengthen the safety measures of children’s sports training institutions,strictly regulate the professionalism of coaches of children’s sports training institutions;and improve the business philosophy of children’s sports training institutions.The research results of this paper will enrich the relevant theoretical research on children’s sports training institutions in the academic field,and the proposed strategies can be used as reference for the future development of children’s sports training institutions in Chengdu.
