Non-intellectual factors are all psychological factors related to cognitive activities that affect the benefits of intellectual activities and cognitive activities,mainly including motivation,interest,emotion,will,personality and other dimensions,which are of great significance to students’ academic achievements.This paper will analyze the impact of non-intellectual factors on junior high school students’ physics learning,and explore the methods to cultivate and improve students’ non-intellectual level in junior high school physics teaching activities,including four aspects as follow.The first part is to collect relevant literature from domestic and foreign experts and scholars,sort out the relevant theories of non-intellectual factors,and determine the measurement methods of non-intellectual factors.The second part is based on the three classes of the ninth grade of a middle school in Qingdao as the research object,and analyzes students’ learning interest,learning motivation,student will,and student emotions through questionnaire surveys,so as to derive the level of students’ non-intellectual factors and the impact of the content of analyzing non-intellectual factors on junior high school physics learning.The third part is to select an experimental class and two control classes,according to the theory of non-intellectual factors to determine the idea of cultivating the will from the emotional cultivation of motivation,motivation and emotional correlation,and cultivate the level of non-intellectual factors in students through classroom teaching and face-toface communication.The fourth part is to use the questionnaire again to measure the level of students’ non-intellectual factors,and compare the results of training practice vertically and horizontally,and the results show that after one semester of practice,the academic mood and actual motivation level of the experimental class have been significantly improved,and the academic performance has also been improved.Through the research results,it is found that the overall level of students’ nonintellectual factors is relatively low,and the cultivation of students’ non-intellectual factors can significantly improve students’ academic performance,promote students’ physical and mental health,and enable students to develop comprehensively,the cultivation of non-intellectual factors is a long-term process,and the case analysis in the practice process provides some teaching references for cultivating non-intellectual factors in physics learning for junior high school students.
