With the advancement of the new curriculum reform and the implementation of the national poverty alleviation plan,rural education—especially the township high school education is facing a series of huge challenges.How to train talents who meet the standards of the times and move to the future is a high school education in the township.A big problem in front of the workers.With the deepening of people's education research,more and more factors have been found to influence the growth and learning process of individual students,not only in intelligence factors such as memory,observation,imagination and thinking,but also the role of non-intelligence factors.Non-intellectual factors refer to factors other than intellectual factors,mainly referring to interests,motivations,habits,will,and emotional values.These factors play a large role in the growth of an individual.In the specific teaching practice,many students with excellent academic achievements did not achieve high achievements in the future.The main reason is that the individual's non-intelligence factors are not sound enough,which often shows the so-called "high score and low energy".Therefore,in the specific teaching process,among the knowledge,intelligence,and non-intelligence factors,the three are equally important for the individual's success.Even non-intelligence factors are particularly important for the development of the individual's life.In the face of the new curriculum reform.Especially in township high schools with difficult conditions,non-intellectual factors should be used more.Through the cultivation of non-intelligent factors,students' learning interest,motivation,habits,will and emotional values should be improved to improve the individual academic performance of students.A good level of non-intellectual factors can also have more positive effects in the growth of students,such as forming good living habits and developing perseverance,etc.to help students develop from school to life in an all-round way.It is stated that studying non-intellectual factors has strong practical value.According to the collation of domestic and foreign literature on non-intelligence factors,the concept of non-intelligence factors has not yet formed a unified connotation and consensus at home and abroad.Domestic scholars of non-intelligence factors believe that non-intelligence factors generally refer to those other than intelligence factors,the content contains interest,motivation,habits,will and emotionalvalues;foreign scholars who study non-intelligent factors believe that non-intelligent factors are included and included in the intellectual factors,and the included content is personal temperament and personality factors,etc.Because domestic and foreign experts have different definitions and connotations of non-intelligence factors,for non-intelligence factors,a complete set of theoretical systems has not been formed.This study will use the definition of non-intelligent factors by Professor Yan Guo Cai,chairman of the National Research Council for Non-Intelligent Factors,on the basis of comprehensive research by domestic and foreign experts.The sample object of this study is the students in grade one,grade two and grade three of Huang Mei No.1 Middle School and Fifth Middle School in Huang Mei County,Huang Gang City,Hubei Province.In the investigation of the physical non-intelligence factors of the research object,it is concluded that:(1)The physics learning interest of high school students in villages and towns is generally good.The physics learning interest of boys is obviously higher than that of girls;the physics learning interest of high school students is the highest,the second highest and the third worst;the physics learning interest of key classes is slightly higher than that of ordinary classes.(2)The motivation of physics learning of high school students in townships and towns is not clear.The physics learning motivation of boys is obviously higher than that of girls;the physics learning motivation scores of high school students are the highest,the first one is the highest,and the worst is the third grade;normal class.(3)The physical learning habits of high school students in townships and towns are not good.The physics learning habits of boys are slightly better than girls,but the difference is not obvious;the physics learning habits of high school students are the best,the second is the highest,and the third is the worst;the learning habits of the students in ordinary classes are better than the key classes,but there is no obvious difference.(4)The high school students in townships have a good will to learn physics.The physics learning will be better for boys than girls,and the difference is obvious;the physics learning habits of the first grade students are the best,the second and the third grades are the worst;the students of the key classes are better than the ordinary classes,but there is no obvious difference.(5)The physical learning emotional values of high school students in villages and towns are generally excellent.Girls' emotional value scores are higher than boys',and the difference is not obvious;the first grade is the best,the second is the highest,and the third is the worst;the key class' s learning emotional values are obviously higher than the ordinary class.On the basis of the results of the questionnaire survey,combined with the teaching characteristics of the township high school,the author puts forward the cultivation methods and Strategies of the non-intelligence factors in the physical learning process of the high school students from the five aspects of interest,motivation,habits,will and emotional values.The training process of nonintelligence factors is as follows: first,to cultivate students' interest in learning,the means to cultivate students' interest in learning are to attach importance to classroom introduction,integrate theory with practice,activate classroom atmosphere,etc.;second,to improve students' motivation for learning,we can start from establishing reasonable learning objectives,make reasonable attribution,encourage and pay attention to students,etc.;second,to improve students our study habits include reminding students to review before class,preview after class,and cooperation between home and school to form the habit of completing tasks on time;then improving the study will,including rectifying learning motivation,cultivating students' self-control,etc.;finally,cultivating students' sentiment,establishing correct learning values,including mental health consultation and setting up lofty ideals,etc.The main conclusions of this article:(1)In the process of individual growth and learning,non-intellectual factors play a very important role as intellectual factors.(2)In addition to the emotional values of physical learning,other dimensions of non-intellectual factors do not perform well in the physics learning process of high school students in towns and villages,and they need to be improved.The innovation of this study lies in two points:(1)It enriches the research theory of combining non-intelligent factors with specific disciplines,including compiling a physical non-intelligent factor measurement scale,etc.(2)It improves the non-intelligent factors of township high schools.Cultivation provides a certain guiding role,which helps to cultivate the formation of the core literacy of students' physical disciplines in specific teaching practice.
