Mathematics is one of the longest basic courses for every elementary learner.However,due to a variety of reasons,from the senior stage of primary school,the number of students with learning difficulties is becoming larger and larger.It is generally believed that students with learning difficulties account for 8% to 10% of the total number of students.In this era of mobile phone popularization and information explosion,the number of students with learning difficulties in primary and secondary schools is increasing,and the causes of it are various and complex.What this paper discusses is non-intelligence type of the internal cause-oriented type(interest deficiency type,weak-will type,emotional disorder type,improper attitude type,improper method type).Meanwhile,it also aims to cultivate the non-intellectual factors of students with learning difficulties,help them define their learning goals,stimulate their learning motivation,change their learning attitude and find out the fun of learning through a series of activities,so as to enhance their self-confidence and face the challenges of life and learning bravely.This paper puts forward the following strategies for cultivating non-intellectual factors to transform junior high school students with learning difficulties.First,pay attention to stimulating students learning motivation,helping students to establish a large,medium and small learning goal system,so that the motivation can keep working for a long time;timely feedback can stimulate students,learning enthusiasm to improve the efficiency and effect of learning;positive praise and moderate criticism can encourage students,learning motivation.Organizing learning competitions and cooperative learning can stimulate students,learning enthusiasm.Second,attach importance to cultivating students rich and healthy emotions,helping students to improve their understanding,cultivating correct and profound emotions.Influence students with healthy and positive emotions and overcome negative andunhealthy emotions with them.Exercise students,will,improve students,self-regulation ability,and make them become the masters of their emotions.Encourage students to participate in all kinds of social,scientific and technological,sports,artistic activities actively in order to enrich their emotional life,improve their emotional quality and create a warm and relaxing learning situation,so that students can study happily and live healthily.Third,stimulate students,interests in learning,help students to develop long-lasting fun with the pleasant experience of learning mathematics;help students to set goals,establish lofty ideals,form aspirations;be good at alternating complicated and difficult learning content with simple and easy one in class and homework;combine direct interest and indirect interest and cultivate students,curiosity and thirst for knowledge.Proper adjustment of learning content and methods,but neither too much nor too frequent,is conducive to the cultivation of students,interest in learning.Finally,cultivate students,will quality from little things and from now on;help them establish their goals,set up their ideals,and strictly require themselves;inspire students with mottoes or famous quotes,teach students to motivate themselves constantly and strictly supervise themselves to develop a strong will.
